Taco Bell

Ordered from Postmates, and had quite a few issues with my order. The first time I had ordered from this location the food had been quite lacking in the meat department, but I brushed it off as a one time issue. On todays order, they forgot a large baja blast, a regular cherry freeze, and a doritos locos taco. They also put tomatoes on nachos where I requested none and forgot to put sour cream on it. I thought maybe they were out of sour cream and doritos tacos at first, but this was not the case. Upon biting into my beefy melt burrito (a sizeable bite), I had a mouthful of sour cream, nothing else, and ended up spitting out taco bell for the very first time. In addition to this the chalupa had more sour cream than meat (about an inch and a half in the middle) so that was inedible past a few bites. On top of this, the food was cold on arrival, but that could be on Postmates end. As a hardcore Taco Bell fan for years, I will be staying far away from this location.

Outstanding service, particularly the order taker, who was probably the Mgr, along with the quick delivery with a smile. This crew stands out as the best I've seen in any fast food restaurant in a long time. I also came here about 4 mos ago, and it seemed like the same crew back then, which also did a great job. I asked the man behind the counter (mgr?), and he said most here tonight were around 4 mos ago.

Terrible customer service… walked in said my food had a hair in it and respectfully asked for a new one. Women was very frustrated then second time she made item incorrectly. I went back in and said what was wrong with my item “and she says, well you should tell me everything on the item next time” I worked at tbell and that’s just not how it works lady. Get better with your customer service!!!!!
