Best Taco Bell I’ve been to hands down. The attention to detail the crew here provides is unmatched. 10/10 best spicy potato soft tacos in the biz
Edit: since publishing this review the spicy potato soft taco has since been removed from the menu. I now retract all previous statements made about this Taco Bell and choose not to dine here or at any Taco Bell for that matter until justice is restored to the dollar menu.

Great service. The manager has worked at several other taco Bell's across the Country. She actually was was very friendly and conversated with me and my family about how she loved her job while we ate. Best taco bell experience in Franklin for being on main street and not as big as most of the franchise businesses.

this taco bell is new and clean inside. they always get my order correct even though it’s typically very complicated due to my dietary restrictions.

RUDE RUDE RUDE.. when u only hire spoiled high schoolers I guess that's what u get... Never friendly usually have to return to get the rest of my order... There are better Taco Bell's around.. They only thing they have going for them is the hours of operations

Staff was fooling around and not paying attention to me as I was ordering. Order was wrong but of course we didn’t realize this until after we got home. I should have checked before leaving window. That was on me. Staff was rude and too busy playing around with each other. Very unprofessional. Substituted chicken for beef on one item and there was 4 tiny pieces of chicken. I would definitely think twice before going to this particular store again.

Staff was joking around with the headset still on after I ordered my food in the drive through. After I paid the girl that took my payment immediately went on her phone and started laughing with her other coworkers. They were all very rude. Food tasted fine but service was terrible.
