Subway

Just a train wreck from start to finish. We waited outside for nearly 20 minutes for our "no contact" delivery to our car. When I finally went in and told them we had been waiting quite some time for curbside delivery, they said they had no idea what we were talking about. The order was about 30% accurate, missing cheese and condiments on every sandwich. Will not order from here again.

Placed our order online last night. Said order would be ready in 20mins. We arrived 30 mins later to pick up, store was completely empty. The man working was sitting. I sent my son in to get our food, he was in there a couple mins and I called to see what the hold up was. He said "he only has 1 sandwich made, it will be a few mins." We waited and waited. We ended up waiting 16 extra minutes for our food, when it should have been ready when we arrived, especially since we were already almost ten minutes late getting there. I'm not sure what that man was doing, and why our food wasn't ready. We tried giving him the benefit of the doubt because he was alone. We considered that maybe he had people in the restaurant before we got there. But when we got home and looked at our food, it was a mess. Everything was just thrown together, and the sandwiches weren't toasted like we had requested online. Again, not sure what was going on, but we won't be back to this location.

Needed something quick and fresh so I stopped in for a "5 dollar footlong." In and out in very little time. The sub was incredible, and for the price it's hard to find much better. The lady who made the sandwich and collected the money was super friendly. It had been quite some time since I had visited a subway restaurant, and based on this visit, I plan to return again soon.

I've been coming here for about 2 years. The food is good but the service has never been consistently good. There are literally new employees every time I visit. They haven't found a way to deal with their lunch rush either, which can keep you in line for 15 minutes. I like subway, but I never know what to expect. I just wish they'd get it together.

Here to give a 5 star review for the single employee in the shop today, April 12th at about 12:30 p.m. Not only was it a one woman show, but the credit card machine was also out. She was a total professional and handled it with perfect efficiency and above average hussle. I did not get her name, but She deserves a raise or a promotion. At the very least, some better help.

Just went there and the ingredients were soggy, mixed around, and gross. The cookies were overcooked and they were out of meatballs. I’ve been going here for a while and noticed the employee turnover is like the cast of Black Mirror. I think that is a big part of the inconsistency. Anyway today was the last straw for me and I will not be coming back. (There is a place called Lenny’s around the corner)

I will give ZERO (0) rating for this Subway restaurant. I found this restaurant closed before their official closing times and returned back three times. Very funny that today I called them before going and they have told me that they are open till 9.30pm (CST). When I went there at 9.05pm (CST), they are closed without any early close notice. I have had to return back home. I saw two other customers returned back. Take your business somewhere else. Do not waste time.
