Usually good. But I’ve just opened my lunch to find the saddest excuse for a sandwich I’ve ever seen. What I was expecting vs. what I got… literally no cheese and some weird tomato pieces. too bad I can’t get a refund :/

Second time this week... ordered triple caramel macchiato latte...got hot milk. No coffee flavor whatsoever. It's a shame 😔 this location is close to my home. They just can't get it right. Happens all the time. I've given them so many second chances! Emailing corporate. I should get what I've paid for. Disappointed 😞

Franklin. You have so much to offer. I'm so thankful for this entire city. Can't beat the atmosphere here. Including places like the Starbucks here locally near the home Depot.

This location is usually always busy. I've gone inside to order on my last two visits and have found the drive thru moves much faster (you'll wait longer going inside). The crew is friendly and helpful.

I never write reviews but I have been to the Starbucks probably 100 times, and 50% of the time it takes significantly longer than it should and the service is terrible. Easily the slowest Starbucks in America

Love it . This Starbucks is the ONLY one I've been to in the surrounding areas of Nashville (it's in Franklin off Murfreesboro Pike) that has very friendly, NICE staff and that made my caramel macchiato the right way!!! It was delicious! And the young man and girl I talked to were wonderful!! Complete opposite of the one on Franklin Road, the one at Nippers Corner and the one off of Maryland Way in Brentwood. Those 3are awful !
