Wingstop

I placed my order over the phone with an automated person named Becky! It was better than other automated services because I interrupted her as she was quoting a sauce that I didn't order and told her that I didn't want that sauce. She stopped talking and said that she removed the sauce from my order. I prefer my wing sauce on the side but when ordering over the phone it will charge you as if you're ordering an extra side of sauce. It said my order would be ready in 25 minutes. This was a Friday night so I wasn't expecting my order to be ready when I got there because Wingstop is usually super busy on Fridays. There were several customers inside waiting for their orders when I arrived. When I got to the counter I explained to the cashier that the automated phone service didn't give me the option and told her that I wanted mild sauce on the side. She than added a sauce to my order when ringing me up. So I explained to her that I ordered my wings plain and that I wanted the sauce on the side. So she took the sauce off of my bill. My order was ready when I got there, I just had to wait for her to get my sauce. I only ordered wings, all flats of course. I wasn't super hungry. Plus I stopped ordering fries because previously when I ordered them at this particular Wingstop they didn't make the fries fresh to order. They'd cooked up several orders of fries and had them sitting on top of a counter and were putting them with the wing orders as the chicken got done. Therefore the fries would not be hot and fresh. So on this visit I didn't order fries. My wings were good. They could have been cooked about a minute longer but they still taste great.

Don’t believe the bad reviews. This is an uncommon case where customers are 1000% the problem. Workers are putting in the utmost effort, and the clientele are irrationally frustrated that their food isn’t ready within 15-30 min on a cowboys game day as if they weren’t supposed to anticipate that. Foods good fam.
