Before today, It’s been over 5 years since I last chewed on a 5 Guys Burger. The restaurant looked exactly how a 5 Guys restaurant is supposed to look-red and white colors, newspaper & magazine clippings plastered wall to wall like an original location of a family owned local business would have. It’s cute, it really is. I ordered a cheeseburger with ketchup, Mayo, and jalapeño’s. I’m not a big “toppings guy” when it comes to burgers. I like to really enjoy simplicity of bun, cheese, burger- without too many extras. Unfortunately, when this is the case, a burger cannot hide behind the toppings, it must simply be a “good burger” a perfectly cooked, quality piece of meat, to impress….The cheeseburger was an ‘okay’ cheeseburger. It wasn’t awful, it didn’t change my life, it didn’t make me say “wow,” but it also didn’t make me say “never again” either. Overall shake shack and In—and-out, are superior in terms of burger quality. But the five guys restaurant experience itself, is okay on its own. It seems their whole model is predicated on the “toppings” burger lovers. That’s not me, But still it was an “okay” Lunch.

In all the years we've eaten at various restaurants in downtown, today is the first day we've eaten here and it's just the best! The food is fresh, well made and the service is fantastic! The manager talks to everyone and I felt like I was being treated as a guest in her house and not just a restaurant patron. The young man who took our order was friendly and always smiling. It's refreshing to see this kind of customer service that tends to be lost these days!!!

Went during rush hour for a cheeseburger and after walking almost a mile back to work I found the order was completely wrong. I went back on my coworkers scooter and told them what happened. They were quick to refund my money and fix the order with no hesitation with a drink and fries extra. I hope the manager can give kudos to the 3 or 4 workers who were working today! I’ll definitely be back!

The fast was really quick to get my order out despite being decently busy. They got my order right and were nice. My only complaint is that the salt packets didn't really work, they were clumpy like they had gotten wet. The root beer also was not good, everything else that was made by five guys was good.

Great place for burger and the large fries is basically four whole potatoes. Staff on duty last night was particularly awesome! Thanks for the recommendation!

Great pizza and awesome shrimp. I loved the unique style of pizza they serve. Even though the pizza looks small, it is so thick and can serve multiple person. The pizza is awesome. Other foods are great too. I liked the environment, pleasant and clean and peaceful. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Foods are great.

Awesome burgers! I went with my Pastor, his beautiful family and also with my beloved wife. The service was a little slow, but definitely worth the wait. I had cheeseburger and it was my first time eating here. Definitely wanna eat here again, one of the best burgers that I ever had!!!

Ate here during dinner hours and was surprised to be the only customer for a while. Single patty cheeseburger was great, much much better than I expected from a fast food style restaurant. Lots of fries for being a “small” portion and the Cajun seasoning was really good, albeit too much on some of the fries. The place was clean, music not too loud, and the staff seemed attentive and ready to take and make the order. Would definitely come back to this restaurant again.
