Went to pick up food and had about 6 or so different orders, they happened to leave one of our orders out. Went back in to let them know, and they gave me no problem, replaced the missing meal and even gave a couple coupons for the inconvenience! Was my first time to eat there as well! Food was great! Staff was friendly.
We have visited Potbelly on many occassions always hot, fresh, and Yummie! The staff is always professional, very polite & friendly. The Soups are amazing they are all my favorite! It's family & kid friendly or just a quick date night out away from the kids. We always enjoy our dining. They also support their communities, as I have been involved with them with Fundraising projects with our Eaton BME Academy Booster Club and have experienced nothing but amazing things.
We love Potbelly Sandwiches! The bread is always fresh, service is good and the sandwiches are super tasty. We’ve visited multiple locations throughout the metroplex and they are all consistently good.

First time at potbelly I ordered Chicken-club and my wife got Mediterranean-veg sandwiches both were awesome.. loved them over Jersey Mikes!

Good selection of sandwiches to choose from. Customizable. Can double meats if desired. Bread is crispy. Decent sides. Online ordering is easy.
Ordering for a group. Staff were wonderful to work with, and phone ordering was a breeze. There was a slight problem with my order and they made it right tenfold! I would do it again next time we have to cater something.
UPDATE: So big mouth was there and man was she quiet this time. I took my husband and he loves it. He even went back without me! I added a star today and I’ll add more if they keep u the good work.
Man I like to give stars but the sour attitudes really make me want to run. The sandwich after being corrected was awesome and one of the best I have ever had. I haven’t been here and had Potbelly in over 20 years and man it’s better than I remember. Your employees show there is a toxic culture in that store and because of that I’ll go elsewhere. Maybe another location but not this one. I divorced toxic- I don’t pay for it.

I have had many sandwiches from many places and, I don't know if I was super hungry or what but this was THE BEST sandwich I have had from anywhere. I had the roast beef and provolone. I also had the pot pie soup, which was also excellent. This will be my new go to for those nights I don't want to cook. Yall did great, customer for life right here.

First time pot-bellier. Had the Italian and pot-pie soup. It was awesome. Get the hot peppers, cause they are actually hot!
Not too busy right after lunch and the restaurant was very clean. I'll definitely be back.
Just ate at this place for the first time and it was so good. Best I can remember having, had the Italian. Also they were very nice at this location.
