All I wanted to do was get my kid an ice cream cone because he was good while getting his hair cut. After waiting for 20 minutes I go to the counter to see what's taking so long and she tries to tell me it hadn't been paid for even tho the charge was reflected on my account. Like I wanted to rip McDonald's off for $1.29. I'll go to Sonic next time.

My kids and I ordered from the kiosk thingy and we took one of those beepers thing when your order is ready. So we sat at or table and a robot bought or food over. My kids were excited and I felt weird but it's different. The restaurant is very clean and staff is very friendly. Food is great and this McDonald's fries were hella good. Other McDonald's would be stale, cold or some uncooked. The next time I visit my boyfriend I'm coming back to this place with my kids.

So i went to place an order a few days ago and the young lady who was working front counter was prepared for customer service 💖💖 I walked up and and said go get the manager I need a job my daughter needs a job she looks and smile and go get the manager he was smiling good spirit and was ready I was shocked and pleased I tell the young lady it's a joke I'm here to place an order but great job for being prepared great job management 🤟🏿 Food was hot fresh condiments were available I was thrilled

I stopped late one nite, to my surprise, ice cream cones were available. Usually I don't bothering asking bc other locations always say their machine is down. Keep up the good work Mcd's!👍

This place was spotless and very well designed. I loved the use of the robots to serve the food....so cool.

The employees were friendly, the lobby and dining areas were clean and food was hot and fast brought out by a robot.

This location has nice customer service and clean facility. The food is good..... The workers work hard to do an excellent job 💯

I dont eat a lot of McDonald's but this is the only McDonald's that not only me, but my coworkers will go to we sincerely love this McDonalds!!...food is always fresh and on point and the staff have basically became family very kind and genuine. Not only that taking the right steps and talking to the right people there, we were able to help feed some veterans 🙏🏼 for a community health fair event a few months back.

My online order was a complete fail... so I came in to fix the situation with an attitude. But once there and seeing how busy they were, calmed myself down asked for a manager. Her name was Erica and she handled my complaint. She was very nice and had great customer service. Took great care of me.And in the morning my manager is Angie...she's the best. 👌
