Cousin's Bar-b-q

This is absolutely the best barbecue I've ever had in my life. I am born and raised southern and barbecue is part of the culture I had a 2 hour layover in Dallas on my way home from traveling and was so happy to find somewhere that had food that was at least similar to home; little did I know that I was in for such a treat. The employees are delightful and this is hands down some of the best barbecue you could ever ask for 10/10 would absolutely come again. My only regret is that I didn't have more time to sample the menu. If I am ever in the area again I will make this a priority.

I had lunch today at the Alliance location. They told me they would bring my order to me but forgot about it. No big deal, an honest mistake. I went up to the counter to remind them and they apologized profusely and insisted on paying for my meal. No less than 3 employees came up to me and personally apologized. They were all genuinely concerned and wanted to make sure I was taken care of. They truly went way above and beyond. Thanks guys, it’s this kind of customer service and attention to detail that will keep me coming back for a long time. Oh yeah, the food was excellent too.

I'm not sure how the rest of the Cousin's locations are, but this place specifically is the Chick Fil A of barbecue joints. The food is great, but the entire staff were simply amazing. Friendly, outgoing, helpful, and a great group of people. Jared is doing a fantastic job as manager and major kudos to everyone there. I'll go back here, for SURE.

Hands down the best employees! We came here for the first time today and I tell you I will be back. Their brisket is so delicious and has a fabulous smokey flavor yet still so moist. Any thing you pick here is amazing. You cant go wrong. Great service and willing to help you in any way. Thanks guys for awesome I will be back for all my barbecue cravings!

My birthday was almost a disaster due to Cheddar's in Alliance Town Center. Almost in tears I called Cousin's BBQ to see if they could accommodate a 20+ birthday party (in less than 10 minutes). They were more than nice. They made sure we were all seated together, (Cheddar's wanted to spread us out all over the restaurant) and that everyone was taken care of. They made my birthday very special. They gave me a place to enjoy my birthday, while visiting with my friends and family. I am highly recommending this place to everyone!
