Shell Shack has a great atmosphere and the staff are very welcoming and make the dining expierence very fun and care free. I highly recommend the “kitchen sink” flavoring if you’re getting the crab!

It was our first time visiting and it turned out to be some of the best crab I've eaten. Easy to crack, easy to pull out, and so tasty. I was very impressed. The service was outstanding and very attentive. We will be back very soon!

The food was wonderful, the service was good also. The atmosphere was open, bland, but not clustered at the time of day we went in. The G.M. was amazing at making sure we were served to our expectations. We will most definitely be going back soon.

Came in with friends and had an amazing times. Our waitress was also the bartender and taking care of a few really big tables but she was incredible. Very on top of things and never had to wait long for anything Absolutely love this place

The boils are excellent. I just wish the heat level was spicer and that they offered veggies with their boils. Waitress was super friendly and attentive.

I recently visited Shell Shack and was blown away by the quality of the seafood and customer service. The fried oysters was cooked to perfection and the dipping sauce was the perfect complement. The service was also top-notch - our waiter, Nelson was attentive and made great recommendations. I highly recommend Shell Shack for anyone looking for delicious seafood in a great atmosphere.

I swung by this weekend to see what the buzz was all about and I had a great experience. No bad smell like some seafood dining rooms have (red lobster *cough*) and the service was great. Nelson is a fast bartender and attentive. I will definitely be back to see him and the wonderful atmosphere that comes with such a great dining experience. Thank you Nelson!

Me and my mother came in Saturday and was greeted by a server I believe named Tyjah. We had an incredible dining experience at Shell Shack, and I must say, the server was outstanding! From the moment we walked in, they greeted us with a warm and genuine smile, instantly making us feel welcome.
Throughout the entire meal, our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met and that we had an enjoyable time. Not only did they take the time to explain the menu in detail, but they also made excellent recommendations that perfectly suited our tastes.
Their efficiency and attention to detail were impressive. They made sure our drinks were always filled, and they checked on us regularly to ensure we were satisfied with everything.
What really stood out was their passion for their job and the restaurant. They seemed genuinely enthusiastic about the menu offerings, and their enthusiasm was contagious. It made the whole dining experience even more enjoyable.
Overall, our server's exceptional service elevated our dining experience to another level. It's rare to find such a combination of professionalism, friendliness, and attentiveness in one person.
