The employees are awesome. To those saying they're rude, they'll be as nice as you are. I've been going in every other day or so for two years and they've always been extremely nice to me. Only time I've seen them being "rude" was when a customer started something and they were standing up for themselves. They all remember me, down to what school I go to and which car I'm driving when i get gas. Be nice and they'll return!

Horrible experience! Cashier forgot to set pump for my gas purchase. I went back in store after waiting 2 min outside. She didn’t even apologize. I reminded her I had paid for $10 in gas and she stated ok will set now and stated pump 5 right? I said no I got 10 on 10. I went back outside to pump and no gas, I had to go back in and she giggle and said oh it’s there now. I go back to pump gas and only pumped $9.14. I went back into store and she said that’s all you paid for, I explained that I had paid for $9.00 for water and chips,$10 in gas and $10 cash back. She stated ok she was going to correct now. I went back to finish pumping the gas and nothing happened. Had to go back in store and then she said her manager had to go in back to verify transaction. By this time I’m going to be late for work. I left and called back. Manager is going to explained that I had purchased drinks and advised to put the rest in gas. I told her that she ha the wrong transaction. She asked that I give her my number so that she could call me back. She called back10 later to say she is sorry and I could come back for my change. I was already 20 miles away on my way to work and explained that I would not be back in the area until late that evening. She assured me that I could come back anytime as she would explain and leave money with my name on it. I came back tonight and worker didn’t believe me andsaid that it was stupid that I didn’t know the name of the person that I spoke to or the exact amount left. Stated that no money was let.She raised her voice and pointed finger at me when I got frustrated. They can keep whatever change I had left as I will never ever shop there again eventhough I live right across the street.? I will shop at QT for now on! Should have been able to rate a zero! I will never shop at 7-Eleven again!

Came in to get some gas on my motorcycle and had my helmet on and refused to give me service before I took my helmet off? What kind of customer service is this? I’ve never been asked to take my helmet off ANYWHERE! For one, it’s extremely untimely to take off all my gear, stop my Bluetooth and all that just get some gas. I find this highly un-professional for many reason on which the way she approached me on the matter. Another being I had not been in any manner threatening about anything. I wanted to give her my money and leave but stopped me and made a scene about my helmet. Do not plan on goving 7 eleven anymore business due to this event. Please educated team members on how to deal such situations as such.
