This place serves one of my favorite dishes of all time: the black garlic oil Kyushu tonkotsu, which deserves national recognition of some kind. Honestly, it’s on my top 5 favorite dishes I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating in 32 years. The steamed buns are a great appetizer and you can finish the dinner off with some exclusive ice cream flavors from a local shop.
This place is spectacular!! Patient serving staff and a bar staff that loves to talk cocktails or sake! Great place to go during the week and their service maintenance is superb even during their weekend rush. Phillip was awesome!! Can't wait to eat there again!!!
The service was fast and the food was amazing. The atmosphere was played back and very casual, but they did have a nice little bar and a younger crowd.
We ordered the Tokyo black Ramen and the Oni Reaper Ramen bowls. Both very flavorful and of course the Reaper bowl was HOT 🔥. They even gave me the warning that I could not return it once I ordered it! But of course i ate it all since the heat is what I went for.
Definitely a must try if you are in the area.
The place, even though going through the COVID pandemic, was very welcoming. As soon as we came through the door, someone came to greet us with a friendly tone and quickly sat us down. The staff was/are amazing and made sure everything was good, but not to the point that they were annoying. Had their Oni Reaper, which is spicy as hell and tasty at the same time, if you are one for the heat I would recommend it. The girlfriend had the Tsunami bowl, which she mentioned that the shrimp taste was just a tad bit much but it was amazing. The dumplings and pork bun were on point and soooo tasty.
Interesting take on the ramen dish. Lots of varieties to choose from or you can build your own dish. They do have a lot of spices and some that are insanely hot as well as mild dishes for the kids. It get 4 stars because the ordering was difficult because you do it yourself on a tablet at the door then pay. Kinda confusing but we got through it.
When I tried this place, I honestly felt like Squidward in that episode when he tries his first Krabby Patty and he cries, “All those wasted years.”
Now I don’t know how long this place has been open, but I still can’t believe I did not discover it sooner and let me tell you why.

This place has literally NEVER let me down, but I today I decided to leave a review because Harley’s customer service was superb! I’d come back just because of him.. the fact that the food is good is just a bonus :)
Miso ramen was good. Noodles were a bit al dante. Soup base was good. Surprised there wasn't an egg.
Pork belly bun was good. Contains a dash of ground peanuts for those with allergies be aware.
Hot green tea: am surprised it tasted mediocre. No green tea taste at all. Taste more like pool water with a hint of lemon.
Overall would recommend to go. Just don't order hot green tea.
I wish that there were a rating higher than gives stars because Oni Ramen deserves it. I ordered the Reaper Ramen which is served with a Scorpion X and Carolina Reaper broth. As a spice enthusiast, this is exactly what I was looking for. The parmesan cheese in the ramen was an interesting addition but not necessary. I would remove it and add nori. Either way, I cannot wait to go back!
I got the Kyushu Tonkotsu it was really good the bamboo shoots and egg was the best part of my dish. My wife got the vegetarian Ramen she added some spice and it became the best dish of the night. Overall it gets 4 "Ichiraku" stars out of 5
It was really tasty. Broth was rich and delicious and the egg noodles were perfect. The pork was 10/10 and the price is very affordable for the portion size. Would eat here again. Only complaint is I had asked for some extras on my tsukemen but they weren't added. It wasn't a big deal because it was tasty as it was but just a note for the owners
Impressed with the menu as well as the options. Ramen can be cooked to order with most on the menu and have a small variety of small plate and non-ramen as well as pescatararian and vegitarian options. Was pleasantly surprised at how large the aps are and, especially, how tasty the poke is. Have not been disappointed.
