Great stroll down memory lane. Inside decor is like visiting an Elvis fan museum.
In tribute to “The King” I ordered “The King” burger. Six patty monster that represents what an old fashioned burger should taste like.
Bring some cash, relax and step back in time to enjoy this old fashioned hamburger joint.
Clown Burger is the best place to go if you want the best burger in the world. I have gone there sense i was 13 lol many years now. I took my kids they have took their kids and now their kids are taking their kids. 5 Generations in my family have ate there now, so that tells you something. If you haven't had a burger go get ya one you'l never like another better. Lady Kat
On national Cheeseburger day we had to eat at a local spot. My husband and I have never tried this place so today was the day. I'm actually sad we hadn't tried it earlier. It was so good! We got there right at opening so there was no line. Our order was cooked quickly and came out perfect. Those burgers were delicious, smashed down with a crispy edge. The fresh cut fries were amazing as well. We can't wait to bring the grandparents and kids next time!
Clown Burger rocks my dude.
Just a simple great burger with lots of creepy clown memorabilia around.
You can’t go wrong. Your kids or family members scared of clowns?! Eat here!!
Nom nom
I used to live a few blocks away from this place and would walk here as a kid. It has recently changed owners. That is why I am adding a review now. The food is fantastic! I got a triple cheeseburger and loaded fries, which next time I am asking for no onions but other than that they were great. The service was fantastic with a lovely counter girl. Only issues I had were 1. the floor needed to be mopped " I was almost stuck to it" 2. No fountain drink only can. 3. Cash only! In this day in age it really is necessary to take electronic payments of some kind. 4. Prices are kinda high compared to most mom and pop burger places. That being said I will definitely be back!
I enjoyed trying this nostalgic burger place that's been open since 1959. The burgers are really good they have a classic taste the way the buns are butter toasted with a crispy edge. The burger patties are thin but flavorful you can get a single Patty Burger up to six patties. There is one guy that there's a picture of on the counter who consumed 3 x 6 patty burgers. I did well just to finish a 4 Patty burger. Lots of Elvis memorabilia on the walls
An authentic "hole in the wall" kinda place. The burgers are exceptional, made to order and delicious! The fries are skin-on and delicious! Definitely a cool little place to visit.
I grew up on Clown Burgers since the 70's. I had a Clown Burger today after a few years and it was a tad different and they were out of fresh cut fries. But overall, I loved the burger and crinkle cut fries. I was immediately greeted in such a friendly manner when I walked in. There is still some old Elvis memorabilia and clowns but not as much as there used to be. I am so glad they are still here! Great job!
Cool place to experience that has a ton of history. I like the way they toast the buns and the burger was good.
The fries I got, unfortunately were cold. For my first experience/impression it was OK. I will likely return at some point if/when I am in the area.
The food was great!!! well cooked, great portions, custom to your liking and fresh. I had a burger with cheese and the loaded fries, both were delicious!!! Coming back for that again without a doubt.
First time and we will definitely be back.
If you like a classic smash burger this is the place to go. I would say it is similar/ maybe even better than Griffs.
I had the large burger
My wife the small burger
The proportions were just right.
If you're like some of the other reviewers looking for a 5 star course created by Gordon Ramsey himself, go somewhere else. If you're looking for some classic, delicious burgers and amazing fries with tons of history surrounding you, this is the place to go. I happily travel from Euless to Haltom to buy their food. Yes, they have stated hours but the food they prep is not necessarily going to last for the stated hours. If they sell out of what they've prepped, they've had a amazingly busy day and deserve the pride of selling out and closing early. The owners are normal people just like their customers. They're keeping a tradition alive and are more than allowed to do as they see fit with prep, selling, and closing if/when need be. Clown burger has been and will be a staple of the community surrounding it who understand how life can be when you own a business and have a life outside of it. 5 stars for food, and keeping the tradition and history alive. Full stop.
