Mercury Chophouse

First time here and it was EXCELLENT! Everything was good! The prime rib and shrimp scampi was delicious, prepared expertly, portions were ample and satisfying, and arrived just at the right time as we finished our brisket cigar appetizers. The brussel sprouts in butter and bacon?!!! Decadent!! I had a very nicely made smoked old fashioned from the bar. Well, OK, more than one! But seriously it was a well crafted cocktail and Im fairly snobbish about these! Finally, our waiter Mike was superb! Flawless, timely, pleasant, and attentive but not hovering! Will definitely be returning!

Absolutely incredible service! My wife and I took our friends out to celebrate a recent wedding and two birthdays. The experience was everything you could ask for from a high-end restaurant. The general manager was professional and kind, the waiters were attentive, and the food was prepared to perfection. At the end of the night the owner of the restaurant came down and introduced himself to the group and we got to talk for just a bit. Later that night my wife said it was like we were treated like royalty and I agree. This restaurant has heart and it goes far beyond five stars. We will definitely be back

Our first visit to Mercury Chophouse in Ft Worth was on Valentine's. The restaurant was busy but the wait staff did not miss a step. The food & service were excellent. Save room for dessert!! The only thing they could have improved on was the music, it would have been nice to have someone at the piano on such a romantic evening.

The ambiance was pleasant, the food was superb, and the service was exemplary. This was our first visit and we will make sure to come back again! I do think that they could improve their wine list a little bit but that could be because of shortages in selection so not a big deal this time. But, in addition to a knockout Old Fashion, everything we ate there was fantastic! The picture is of our dessert, the apple cobbler. We were so stuffed that my wife and I shared the cobbler but still took home a nice slice of cheesecake to enjoy later. Our son had the cheesecake which is why we ate decided to take one home. He loved it!
