Hardee's

Maplecrest location. Needs more than 2 employees working. Food was good. lady running the front counter (samantha) I think was extremely rude when I asked for ketchup. She told me it was near the drinks. I had already looked there cause it not my first time here at this location. I received 6 packs of ketchup for 2 large fries and a small. Lady at the front counter also questioned me what I needed 2 times while I patiently and quietly waited on my order. I Will stick to going to the Apple Glen location from now on its always stocked with condiments, good attitudes, and speedier service.

Haven't eaten here for a long while. Really enjoyed their sausage patties last time I was here, but this trip was terrible. Sausage was cardboard, lots of filler. Egg was thin and flavorless. The wait at 8:20am was 12 minutes for 5 customers. Unimpressed. Raise prices and wages and make better food.

After receiving coupons in the mail, I decided to eat lunch at the Maplecrest Rd. location. In the drive thru, I ordered the Grilled Chicken Club and was told that they couldn't make that particular sandwich at this time. Great. So I changed my order to the hand breaded chicken sandwich w/ large sweet tea. Took 1 sip of the tea and dumped it on the ground. Something was definitely wrong with that tea and it almost tasted toxic. The sandwich tasted a bit odd but, maybe I wasn't used to that version. Truth be told, less than an hour later my stomach was upset. I should've known something was odd about being the only car in line at the drive thru the entire time I was there. I really do like Hardee's, but I will never visit this location again. Honestly, it somewhat sours my desire to choose Hardee's again anytime soon.

I went there tonight after working a 13 hours shift. Wanted a Frisco melt combo, was told we're all out of what we need to make that sandwich. Ok no big deal asked what can I get I was told a regular cheese burger. And I was like ok nevermind. Then whoever was worming the drive-thru waited maybe 10 seconds and said your rude. No what ride is making a paying customer wait almost 5 minutes to order with no cars In the drive-thru. Don't like where you work find a different career.

Was there Thursday March 31, 2022 @ 4:55 p.m. went through the drive thru, had to honk for service! Went to order hand breaded chicken tenders and was told they had no chicken products what so ever . Seriously 😳 and ordered something else which for 3 combo meals cost me almost $30 and drinks were wrong, food was cold, buns were hard, etc. Waited almost over 20 minutes and only 2 people working. Contacted corporate and apparently they could careless. Just lost my business!!!
