Exceptional service across the board.
Every time I visit this location I'm impressed. The service is consistently fast, friendly, and extremely professional. The food is always hot and fresh.
At lunch time, their drive through is practically shoving the food out the window before you can hand them your payment.
The "older" gentleman who regularly works the drive through at lunchtime is an absolute delight to deal with as a customer. Hats off to him for consistently providing a consistent and excellent customer experience.

When ordering my meal, I was asked sm med large, I answered hang on a minute. 20 seconds later they asked same thing. I told them if they would wait till I told them what kind of fries, they would know. I got food fast and got no ty or anything and very abruptly shut window on me. When I asked for manager, the shift manager I talked to informed me I was lucky I was even served. This is not professional behavior and I will likely not return.

Maysville Road Wendy's- this is just getting ridiculous. We went inside on Father's day. They were NOT busy. Had 2 people up front stocking and cleaning the area behind the registers. And several others standing around by the grills and fryers. We stood for a good 5 minutes waiting for someone take our order. They did keep turning around to look at us. We finally said we would just go elsewhere. I remember when Wendy's used to be a good place to eat.

This location is by far the best Wendy's I've been to. I didn't catch the attendants name, at the window but he made my morning. He was very uplifting and happy about Life. Too many workers these days are sour, short, and grumpy. The food was spot on as well but the attendant is why I'll be returning.

My spicy chicken sandwich was put in the bag with no sauce, no lettuce, no tomato. Of course I was far down the road by the time I discovered it. Also fries are cold. Very poor job.

Was ordering drive thru the person sounded less than thrilled to be working and not friendly. My fries were greasey and cold and tasted like they were old. Had to ask for sauce for chicken nuggets..never offered. This Wendy's has gone down hill and really won't bother giving my business to them!

AWFUL......we ordered 2 large chili , one small chili, and a baked potato. We got 3 small chilis and they were COLD. COLD LIKE THEY CAME OUT OF THE FRIDGE!! Who, in their mind, gives anyone cold chili? I will never go to this store again. When I called to speak with the manager to complain, she said, " Well, I didn't do it". Ugh!!
