Subway has gone through a few changes over the years, I am super excited to see they brought back a few additional bread choices.

Worst service we've seen in a long long time. Ran by children .... People behind the counter off the clock offering to help but made things worse screwing up orders left and right. Spent about $40 on 4 sandwiches that were wet, cooked lettuce, cheese looked like plastic. Called the store and manager was to call. Waited 2 days and nothing. Called again, waited 2 more days nothing. Finally after a week spoke the store manager and voiced my complaint. And she literally said okay. That's it, okay. Almost as if she was annoyed. If I could give them less than 1 star I would. How it's still in business from reading all these reviews. I'll never understand.

The absolute worst Subway I have ever encountered. A few years back it was well staffed and managed. Whatever you do; Do NOT use the Subway app for this store because then you're stuck waiting. The last FOUR visits there, the order was not ready and no visits were at peak times. I waited 45 minutes for my app order. You're better off going in because those orders will be made before your app order. They had 3 people there that I could see and only one had a modicum of hustle. They always have some excuse, but the reality is most of the workers are inept. This store is terrible. So bad that I took the time to write a review which I have never done for a food joint. Go anywhere else!!!

Every single time I go this Subway the amount of meat on our sandwich is less than Subway standards. Tonight I ordered 3 sandwiches with double protein and all 3 sandwiches didn't even have enough meat for a regular sandwich. I've been told the owner has employees cut back on items to save money. Don't waste your money going to this location.

Not even worth one star. Ordered a sandwich in the drive up. Only ordered 1 sandwich. Italian herb and cheese, ham bacon and American cheese toasted. Sandwich wasnt toasted. No bacon. And had turkey on it. Based on the rest of your reviews it sound like the world would be a better place without this business

All the veggies looked like they had been in the sun for a day. 🤮
Do yourself a favor and bypass Fort Wayne’s WORST subway.
