Mcdonald's

The young lady at the cash register and the older lady handing out orders in the drive thru (couldn’t get their names it was around 1pm on 6-25-22) had the best attitudes and provided excellent service. Food was also fresh and amazing as well. Haven’t been to this location in years and I’m glad I choose to. Great job everyone!

Just went into this location & watched the lady in front of me get her food then watched the cashier take food out to the lobby then passed right by me, walk back into the kitchen & ask what could she do. I'm yelling um, is someone going to come out to the register & take orders? They all just kept their backs turned & did not acknowledge me at all. After standing there for about 19 minutes I decided to give up & leave. This place needs to train their employees on customer service skills & multitasking.

I give it O stars!!! It sucks There were 4 people in front of me and 1 said they have waited 20 minutes. The one girl that took my CASH had 2 inch fake nails on and took forever to get my change out of till. All employees were doing drive thru. The place was dirty and employees ignored people if they asked questions. Every McDonald's in Ft Wayne area has bad customer service,rude employees and the food has gotten smaller and nastier.

I would give Zero Stars if it were an option. After tonight's wasted half hour I decided enough is enough, I tried to give you a chance. Tonight was the straw that broke the camel's back. As per usual I ordered in the app, yet again it says there is a problem "on their end" "so go inside to the counter and give them the code on my screen". Well per the norm the inside is locked, so I hopped in the drive thru line and wait and wait. Finally I get to the order screen, side note where they have signage stating if not asked about mymcdonalds rewards they will give 2 free chocolate chip cookies. Well they didn't ask so I proceed to let them know of the app issue and yet again I'm spoken to with an attitude, not the first time. They check this and that and even ask "if I have the device with me that I ordered on", and "yes I do" of course. So I say "so how can you help me" and the employee with the attitude says "well you can place an order and just pay for it". I had enough and just left. Mind you without the signage promised cookies. As stated above this is the final issue with this McDonald's in a long line of many visits, most having a problem in one way or another. To whomever owns this McDonald's on Bluffton Road in Fort Wayne Indiana. Get it together, better technology, better employees, better management, all around get better. Start over. By far the worst McDonald's in Fort Wayne Indiana. I will now drive out of the way to get McDonald's by my home. It will definitely be worth it.

I go to the one on coliseum by lake because it is right by my one job and right down the road from where I live. The people there never respond when you try to talk to them. They fries are always half full and you're lucky if they've been made recently(less than 30 minute time frame. At night you're lucky if you are to order. Most nights they close for anything other than doordash or Ubereats. I went to another McDonald's one time and the manager was extremely friendly and said that they are not allowed to do this but they seem to be able to get away with it. There are times when all I want is a large drink and they're were the only ones open at the time. If the location wasn't so convenient I would stop going there.

Every time I go to this mcds when I get off of work on Friday’s & Saturdays they close early. When I try to order they say only DoorDash. When you try to DoorDash it’s closed. The guy working on May 22nd 12 am was in lobby saying they was only accepting DoorDash but it’s not available. Then when people come around he would say have a good night with his other 2 co workers. So I Asked him his name he would say Muhammad. It was a white male with long hair glasses and overweight. It seems like all they do after midnight is close and get paid to do nothing.
