The only thing Rally's has is their special fry seasoning and being open late for delivery. Their chicken bites and tenders are mostly breading, the Buford has big patties but is ridiculously greasy, the toppings are limp and sad, and the prices are nothing to write home about either. How this location stays in business when it's surrounded by a Burger King, a McDonalds, a Culver's, and an Arby's, I have no idea. Every item on the menu I would rather buy somewhere else, and I don't even like all of those places.

Ordered the Bone-in Angry Buffalo Wings today 4/24/21. My experience began with ordering from a very pleasant, positive, enthusiastic person. The order arrived unexpectedly quickly and piping hot. I did put the order in a thermal bag to keep it hot and when I arrived home the order was still quite hot. The wings were surprisingly large, very lightly breaded, juicy and well seasoned with buffalo sauce. The heat level was slightly warmer than Sweet Baby Ray's Buffalo sauce and they were very tasty. I would strongly recommend them.

Got a fry burger, large frie and large coke. There was black residue left in the cup that I found after I unfortunately drank all of it. Assuming it's mold and that the machine needs to be cleaned, or cleaned better. I really like Rallys, so this was a major disappointment to me. Food was good other than that...

Just had the absolute best experience I've ever had at this location
Food is superb, fresh and quick enough for me.
But what really stood out was the customer service from Madison at the drive through.
Kind, professional and very personable. Made my daughter smile with ice cream and made my day with her conversation skills.

My boyfriend ordered Rally’s last minute and the food was not cold but it was fresh and warm still. It came fast and they had great customer service!!

Always and I mean ALWAYS get cold fries and food in general even if wait in line for 30 minutes when only person at store. I went again today only to way 35 minutes before I left without my order because still wasn't ready. This location is trash I recommend anyone and everyone go across town if really want Rallys. This location will disappoint and anger you everytime and managers and owners don't care at all about feedback so nothing will ever be fixed
