Tim Hortons

I used to love the mornings I got Tim Hortons , the staff was always so prompt and friendly . It always made for a great day . But the last two times with the new staff have been miserable . The new staff is horrible and rude . They don’t listen to orders and forget half of what they do allow you to order . Sebastian especially , extremely rude and actually made me feel guilty for wanting breakfast let alone the food I actually ordered . Won’t be going to this location any longer . Twice now I’ve paid for food i never received . Only got two stars because I feel bad the current staff is reflecting on the previous awesome staff . :update: just got home with the food to dicover they served me moldy eggs

This location is ALWAYS out of a majority of their donuts no matter how early I come. Last time I came I placed an order for 6 donuts, i told them the kind i wanted and everything was cool. Once i got up to the window to pay they tell me they're out, what would i like to switch it with? (I would have preferred to have been told sooner to be able to look at the menu to see what other kinds they had) I ended up paying for 6 and only getting 5.. of donuts that i didnt even want. Skip this location if you're looking for donuts!!

The absolute worst coffee I've ever had in my life. The only reason it gets 2 stars is because the drive thru speaker lady was nice, the 2nd person who we gave our money to didn't know whose coffee was who's, so we had to guess, and neither of them was distinguishable between the other. They were both overly nasty, overly bitter, and didn't taste of coffee at all. Just a bitter, icy, grossness and the line was way too long to circle back

Had an excellent visit at Hortons today. I went in for a quick breakfast and left with that and a warm happy feeling as well. The card machine is broken on drive through, so I had to go in. The girl behind the counter was so full of energy and happiness that it was contagious. I didn't catch her name, bit I'll be back soon to figure it out!

I'm leaving an updated review because this place has improved exponentially since my original review in April 2021. I go to this location often (at least once a week, sometimes as much as five times a week). I know they've had staff leave and new people come in based on who I see when I go through the drive thru. The quality in drinks hasn't changed (maybe not my favorite coffee overall, but solid); however today I got the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had from this location. I'm partial to the sausage, egg, and cheese croissants or biscuits, and although they were never awful before, the biscuits tended to be on the dry side and the croissants almost always came out with some burnt spots. It is fast food, though, so expectations aren't insanely high. I'm not sure who was putting the sandwiches together today, but I hope they stay on because my biscuit sandwich was perfect. The biscuit was flaky but not dry, the egg and sausage were both perfectly cooked, and the cheese was melted nicely to hold it all together. I didn't have my receipt in order to give feedback on the Tim Hortons website, but I hope someone sees this and passes along the compliment to the staff.
