Mcdonald's Restaurant

Being on one of the busiest streets in the area, you can expect the occasional wait especially during rush hours. Nevertheless, staff is very friendly and I was greeted with all smiles. Had one minor issue with the food quality but they were quick to fix it immediately. Overall, its one of the better McDonald's in the area. Recommended for outstanding service and quality.

Found a large hair in the food. It happens. But the staff didn't even apologize, I asked for my money back and they stared at me as if I was doing something wrong? I was given four dollars back instead of the nearly $9.00 I paid and had to argue that I was returning the entire meal - not just the burger with hair in it... Staff was very rude - terrible experience. Stay away at all costs!

Service was good. I normally run into issues with food but this experience was decent for once. Normally pretty busy as well so getting through the line normally takes quite a bit of time. I do think the quality of the food has gone down and I don't know if it is based on how it is prepared or how they receive it.

There was several people working? To many. Alot of kids screwing around in the parking lot then they came in and we're behind the counter. Some kid went through the drive thru while sitting on the back hood. The food was good and the place was clean. I could definitely do with out all the yelling and cussing too.

So I normally consider myself a pretty healthy individual but sometimes I need to indulge my McDonald's fix. On this occasion I was going to grab some dinner through the drive-thru. After I had ordered and the total appeared on the screen telling me to move to the next window I heard some mumbling and static through the speaker. I didn't know if their mic accidentally turned on or what so I waited a second and the mumbling/static happened again. At this point I convinced myself that they had accidentally turned on their mic and I was just hearing the background noise in the restaurant. As I started inching away and rolling up my window the speaker turned on again and I hear "DO YOU WANT SAUCE?!" yelled at me. I realized two things at that moment: 1. The dude was asking me if I wanted sauce and I couldn't understand him. 2. My misunderstanding really, really made him mad. 3. That was the first time I've ever been yelled at by a customer service employee and it. was. hilarious!

Ordered 15 sandwiches and three burritos and then ordered their special one sandwich and get one free. I only got 15 sandwiches and three burritos called the Lima Road store and told them about it the man looked it up on the computer and said no I just ordered 15 sandwiches and would not make it right with me and hung up the phone.
