Mcdonald's

As always extremely busy but I give it to the Team Members last night around 9!! I was in line getting ready to sigh because of the line and they were taking orders serving food and hauling @$$ about it. Food was hot and accurate. First time at this Mcdonalds for me and it was a very great experience.

New software update to the kiosks. Starts out asking for a code from your phone. When logging into the phone app, it sends a link to your email. Open the link and you need to log in. And the process repeats without end. I guess they want people to use the drive up only. I have up on the kiosks (I tried 2 of them.) and ordered at the register, with human assistance, as a civilized customer should be able to do.

I don’t usually go to this location and will not be back. They forgot part of my order so I had to go back through the drive thru to get it after my curbside pickup. I didn’t notice until after I ate it that the pie I got was after their sell by time. My stomach and intestines sure let me know though because I definitely have food poisoning. I was throwing up and had diarrhea all night and still feel awful today. Who knows what caused it but at the very least the expired pie isn’t a good sign. Would definitely like contact back / a refund as it’s not like I got to keep any of this food down.

I don't like to leave bad reviews I know everyone is shorthanded and doing their best. I still expect employees to follow health and sanitary rules. I ordered a burger on the inside of the restaurant and the big guy with the green shirt was on the cellphone while making my burger. He was texting and scrolling and now I have his nasty cellphone germs on my burger. They remade my food but I think management should discuss this with employee. Cellphone should not be touched if you making food with your hands.
