Avoid this store. Orders are almost never right. Also, I ordered eight box meals a day ahead only to find out they had not even started them until I arrived to pick them up. I waited 20 minutes to get my food. It didn’t help that the guy making the sandwiches was on his cellphone half the time I was waiting. After all that, the boxes were not complete and I had to remind them I ordered drinks. I had been using
this store for company lunches. Not anymore. And before you tell me to send the feedback using the link, don’t waste your breath. I did that last week and NO ONE CARES!

Just opened my much anticipated sandwich.
Very disappointed to find the crust burnt to charcoal! I like Jimmy John’s and have never had an issue before. I think the store needs better staffing. The kids were a bit confused and the kid at the register had a difficult time making change because apparently the computer or register was down. I am not discouraged, just disappointed. I will be back.😀

Our food was absolutely phenomenal as it always is because Jimmy John's has great products however their customer service and lack of quality employees is terrible. For the second time in a row we ordered online and still waited over a half an hour for our food. 4 sandwiches and they only had one other order the entire time I beat and waited for our food that should have already been done. When I arrived to pick up the food all the employees were hanging out in the back messing around doing nothing and our order and another order were hanging up on their sandwich boards. When someone finally helped me they said "let me see if I can find your order oh here it is I'll make it right now.". Jimmy John's is supposed to be freaky fast but instead this location at least is lazy slow.

I very rarely leave reviews, and when I do it’s usually positive… unfortunately not for this jimmy johns location experience…
The first employee said they were out of bread. It was 30 minutes until close. I asked what my other options were instead of bread, and you could hear them clanking things around closing up the store. Another employee came on and told me to go to another location that had bread… that location was 15 minutes away and I’m opposite direction of my home. I asked again what my other options were, she said an unwhich or a kids sub and pay extra for the sandwich I was asking for. I said that’s fine, I’ll do the kids sub. When I pulled up the window, I just looked inside and saw they had almost everything put away. Then the girl who took my order looked at me and said to her friends, “She’s just gonna stare at us now.” All I did was turn and look in their direction. Never offered or received a receipt, so have no idea if even charged correctly. Then the girl handing me my subs literally opened the door and said nothing.
I will not be returning, ever.

I usually don’t leave reviews but I had to here. First of all two female employees were fighting about shifts or something first thing. It took about 5 minutes for me to even order and there wasn’t even a line. On top of that it took about 10 minutes to get a sandwich. Definitely not worth $15

Freaky fast 2 hours to get an order delivered less than 2 miles from the location. I get staffing shortages but they need to communicate the delays rather than do nothing. Look like jimmy needs a slogan of freaky fast ordering and snail like delivery.

Just got home to find my sandwich made incorrectly. Called to see what they could do only to find out i have to drive 15 minutes back for them to open my sandwich and fix it. I just got off work, no I'm not going to drive back for you to fix now a old sandwich. Did not offer a credit or any form of help. Very rude communication through both managers I was transfered too. Never going back to this jimmy johns.

I called in and stated that I wanted a delivery. The person who answered said "what for New Haven" I said umm no. He said okay I have to get my manager. I had no idea what in the world was going on. Finally he confirmed who I was. Orderd my food, which took 45 minutes to get here. My work is LITERALLY 5 minutes away from this place. Once I received my food the driver obviously forgot the straw and said oh yeah we do not have any straw right now. Yeah, never going to a Jimmy Johns again!
