Arby's

These people are awesome. For everyone complaining, if you wanna work, they need people. They are short staffed due to covid. Sometimes only having 1 staff member available. If you can run the whole place alone I wanna see you try. Some of them are working 100 hours a week, dealing with people like you. Trust me, you're not great. Good job guys on trying as hard as you are. Some people are just too selfish or dumb to realize what's going on in the world.

Sat waiting before anyone acknowledged me at the order box. Disappointed that potato cakes are only available at breakfast. I will never be there at breakfast time. Never. I can buy potato cakes at the grocery store. But I likely will buy something else for dinner not return to Arby's. Fries were room temp, as was my sandwich

The drive thru was really long, so I tried to go in. The door was locked with no sign indicating indoor seating was unavailable. The sign next to the door said they were social distancing and limited seating. So, I got it the car and went in the drive thru. I let them know there wasn't a sign on the door, and I was verbally attacked by 2 different women saying there was a sign there. I ordered and picked up my meal. My water was pink. I drove around and verified there wasn't a sign on the door. I tried to call and talk to a manager to try to let them know they were mistaken, and I was again verbally attacked. I will never visit this restaurant again. I don't care about the sign. I care about being polite.

I arrived first thing in the morning to have some early breakfast. I was able to put my order in right away when they opened with Mike able help me out quickly and efficiently. While waiting for my food a few other regular customers came in and I was impressed by the ability of Mike to take orders make change and still have plenty of friendly conversation with the regular customers knowing their order before they even have to put it in. Clean dining rooms, clean bathroom, efficient service a worthy five star review.

This Arby’s is listed to close at 8pm, got there at 5pm after ordering on the app, manager said they were closing and I would need to request a refund via app. Long story short - I have fought for 6 days to get a refund and still can’t get my money back. DO NOT GO TO THIS ARBYS. No one will help you if something goes wrong.
