Burger King

Story time!😂 The hubby has been wanting a BK biscuit for months but the one closest to us has been closed for breakfast. So I finally took him this morning. I ordered 2 for him and 2 for me. They accidentally entered them in as croissants. I told the young man at the window I would go ahead and keep the croissants since i paid for them but i really wanted 2 biscuits. I hated to ask because there was a line behind us. But the only reason we went was for those stinkin biscuits. 😂He got them for us fairly quickly and didn't even charge me. The food tasted really good and fresh. 👍

I was the only customer in the dining room one evening with maybe one car in the drive thru. I waited at the counter for 10 minutes while the crew stood in the doorway between the kitchen and the service counter, talking and laughing without ever acknowledging my presence. They were all young, African-American women and one slightly older African-American man. I walked out. As a senior, white man I can only conclude that the staff are such racists and sexists that they don't serve people like me. I never went back.

Got off work tonight and went to this burger King, they had only one car in drive thru and when we finally got to the speaker (after waiting nearly 10 minutes to get to the speaker) the guy that answered the speaker was insanely rude, I had simply said I couldn't see the menu and asked what deals they had going on, he did a loud sigh over the speaker and with an attitude said to me "it's on the right side of the menu" now me nor the driver of the vehicle I was in saw anything about any kind of deals going on. I cannot believe he would be so dang rude when I even apologized for asking due to me being unable to see... so when he gave me that attitude we just left... you need to do something about this guy. I'm in customer service myself and I know that we wouldn't tolerate someone so dang rude! So thanks to him we wasted gas and time and we didn't even get to purchase anything because I just felt like a total burden to this guy. It was at 10:35pm.

Ok. My faith in this location has been restored. Used the app without incident. Very nice person on the speaker very patient with my fumbling. I’m going to tell you guys…probably the best burger I’ve had in a while. Fries were perfection and I was in and out in ten minutes or less. Glad to see this Location back on their game. Excellent. Skip the arches and go here. Dinnertime drive thru abs use the app. They give you free upsize of drink or fries daily.

I’m always disappointed when I go here but I gave another try because my daughter begged on the way home. The sandwich meat was dark and crispy from either being burnt or old or both. What I got on my sandwich wouldn’t be eaten by a dog. This is the last time I ever go here. This is literally the worst fast food place in the city. Fries are never even warm and always brown. No gloves are ever worn while gathering my food. I’m ashamed that I even pulled into this establishment again. Never again
