Arby's

I ordered qt #1 thinking I was going to get the classic roast beef and cheddar but it was a sausage biscuit so I went back around to reordered what I wanted and she gave it to me free I will be playing it forward but this lady made my whole day dealing with my wife in ICU with double pneumonia I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤

I arrived around 1:30am but it did not close till 4am so i figured it was ok . I literally had 3 cars in front of me when i pulled into the drive thru.It took at least 25 minutes to take my order and another 20 to get my order. I was really hungry i am always looking for a late night place to get food besides cooking it myself i work evenings and early morning hours, so there are not to many options in fort wayne at 1:30am. Not only did the girl at the drive thru window rant about how late they were open my order wasnt even right .I ordered two half pound french dips and swiss. I received two regular french dips and swiss and no sauce even after asked if i wanted sauce and replying yes please Arbys sauce I did not receive it let alone 1 single napkin. I looked at my receipt in the car and it said two half pound french dips and swiss. When I got home after a long day they where regular french dips and swiss I even double checked my receipt . I ordered right but got screwed once again. So if you want slow service angry workers no sauce the wrong order no napkins and charge more tjats your place.

Went through drive through and ordered Ham Slider, was told it was a breakfast item only. When I said other Arby's have these available, some lady shouted its been that way for 9 months in a very rude manner Went! Went to another Arby's next week and asked the lady at the window and she replied that corporate made the change 2 months ago and it was up to each individual restaurant. Needless to say, poor customer service at this location.
