Good food but they do not care how you recieve it through the drive through. Sat for over 10 minutes, which was ok for good food, the lady working the window practically flung it through the window. It didn't matter to her to check and see if the tray was upright. Food was all over the bag and mixed up in the tray. Then get to my motel room with it and there is NO fork or napkins. All other Panda Expresses I've been to are awesome. This one not so much.

I went to the Lima Road location tonight, and was greeted with nothing but hostile staff members, the food was good as usual. But when I got into line to order, the staff member sighed each time I told her a item on my order. Then, by the time check out occurred, the lady working the register rolled her eyes when I told her the silverware was out, and I had asked for some. Bad experience, good food.

Sooo slow, runs out of dishes b4 dinner rush. And don't fill boxes even with a 3.75 extra charge for shrimp.

I walked in to get an order that was placed online and they definitely didn't seem interested to assisting me. The drive-thru was wrapped and they worked to get those or orders while I waited was told 5 minutes but actually waited 15 minutes for one plate and a spring roll. Also got blocked in bc of all the traffic ... safety is an issue here and should be addressed.

I always get the plate. That is 2 entrees and a side.
I get one chicken dish for me and one chicken dish for my dogs.
The teriyaki chicken is the best!
The orange chicken is a good choice as well.
Love the noodles too.

Love the food, but it’s hit or miss for me. Sometimes I get sick but recently I’ve had no worries and it’s a cheap Asian restaurant so they have that going for them. Just yesterday i ordered sweet fire chicken, got home, and it smelt like literal feces so I through it away.

First time in Indiana ever. Ordered takeout through UberEats, “which was awesome”, they actually delivered to the rest area. Received our food, upon opening it INSTANTLY smelled a foul odor. The odor was the teriyaki chicken. Could’ve been some of the roadkill we passed on side of the road (oh deer) lol! Tried calling them no one answered. I’m a truck driver traveling through the states with my family (otherwise I would’ve pulled up). Besides selling us roadkill for chicken everything else was ok. Did NOT touch the tray with the foul smell. Noodles/chow mein was dry but edible. No condiments were given neither.

All of the food was undercooked, the cream cheese in the rangoons was cold like it had been frozen and thawed but not cooked. The orange chicken was soggy and had barely any sauce on it. Huge, disgusting disappointment. 👎
