I was there at around 10:30pm on 4/21/22, to pick up an Uber eats order. there were only 2 people working, they had a line wrapped around the building, if you have never tried to work a fast food joint with two people with a huge drive through line AND mobile orders and delivery orders on, then you can't say anything. you have no idea what it's like in there, those poor employees were trying so hard with the card this company dealt them. I ended up leaving to keep delivering other orders after waiting for around 30 minutes, only because my phone was dying, and I thanked them for trying so hard. they have an impossible amount of tasks to do all at once, and without the proper amount of staff, it is impossible to run the store successfully. you all deserve a raise. we see you, we appreciate you, and we know how hard you are working.♥️

Worst service ever, I didn’t receive no hot sauce after requesting and specifically adding it to my order. Therefore food was not enjoyable. No napkins. The service is always horrible. Now I have to derive out of my way to another Taco Bell wasting gas just to get treated like a real human. With HOT SAUCE! And food still actually warm

I don't go to taco bell too often but when I do something is always wrong with my order. So two stars taken away are because of that. However, the food is good. I recently have been getting the crunch wrap or chalupa for a change because I usually just get a box of tacos but the crunch wrap and chalupa are more enjoyable for me to eat. So out of five stars I'd give it three.

Very disappointed I went through the drive and after we got our food I pulled around to check it, and 2 of our items were missing, so we go back through and they give us our items. I'm thinking ok that's fine awesome well then we get home and both chicken Chipotle tacos were not chicken they were beef and they didn't have the Chipotle sauce on them. I'm just over it not only do u have to check to make sure you have everything but apparently u have to open everything up to make sure it's right! So disappointed.

The staff is slow, the food was put together sloppy and took 30 minutes to get our food. this is suppose to be FAST FOOD... and poor management cause they let the staff where air pods while working and their hats on backwards. Will not be going to this location again..

Coffee machine was not working. But they did not tell us until they had our order completely fixed and handed to us and when we asked where the coffee was, then they told us it was down.
Otherwise the food was hot and made correctly.

Worst taco bell in the fort. Understaffed, every issue is the fault of the owner. Lines will take up to 45 minutes at times to get through. “fast food”…. Yeah.
