Do not go to this restaurant. Close early all the time. Food is good but outrageous prices. We just tried to go there with a party of 17 they were rude to us and told us they could not serve us cause our party was too big. In the past they roll their eyes at us when we come in. None of the servers want to work. The bathroom stinks the whole restaurant is dirty. They have space heaters on in the winter and its humid in there in the summer. Arms stick to the tables. We have gone there for years literally since I was a kid. It use to be a good place to eat. The only reason we ever tolerated this place was for the food. Not sure how it has not been shut down.

My family and I frequented Kaysan’s on a weekly basis all through my teens. Their sesame wings were incredible and the sauce made fries delicious. Unfortunately all good things must end, and this place has completely fallen from grace. I tried to keep giving this place a chance but time and again over the last year it let me down. High prices for low food quality, paired with sticky tables and a rundown facility that just felt unclean. I’m told they’ve closed for good. This makes me sad, but it had to go.

This used to be a good place to go, but not anymore. The waitress was very rude, argued with my daughter about her tip, (which we didn't wantto give her one at all), hardly came to our table to see if we needed anything. My daughter wanted milk for her son and she never brought it. The only time she remembered it was when we were done. I have never experienced such horrible service in a restaurant.

Food was worm and they were Heating the place with electric heaters. Don't know they stay open if you treat gest like that, servies was the worst. 4 coples in the place and took for ever too get things we needed, like a darn 🍴 set. That is all. You go see or not, you choose.

It was just a dimly lit place at 16:00, took 5 mins to get 3 non alcholic drinks even when we were the only table in the restaurant. Never really ate there only because just really didn't feel comfortable eating there.

I'm sorry that manager made good staff quit. Never stays open according to the sign prices keep going up and up and up and manager daughter will threaten to take u to court for leaving an honest opinion. Still my favorite place can't afford anymore

I love this place because it is a neighborhood mainstay. The taste of the food is authentic, always good, always hot, with great customer service!!! This one is historical and I hope they never leave us!

This is a below average family-style restaurant. From the outside, the restaurant is in the sketchy neighborhood but it is better looking on the inside. Menu is 99% Mexician and 1% Asian as they have egg drop soup, bulgolgi, and some sesame chicken flavored wings. Overall the taste of their Mexican dishes were very bland and the presentation was even more boring. As a local, I would recommend just heading over to Bandidos that is close by.
