It was busy at 12:15 pm when I went, and they got my order all correct. From the time I ordered it was only about 2 minutes when I had my food and out the door. It was hot and fresh too. Overall great experience!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I order a maple bacon chicken croissant and I get a sausage egg and cheese and honestly I was just going to eat it without complaint because I was hungry. Still I get it close to my mouth and there’s a long black hair in it. Sorry but my hair is definitely blonde. And when you call no one answers and someone eventually hands it up.

Drive-thru: Tried using mobile app; would not connect. At the speaker, ordered #7 Big Bacon Classic with no onion, no mayo, for $6.09. Received #11 classic Big Bacon Cheddar Chicken for $6.59. Drove home, discovered the error, drove back, went in, asked for the correct sandwich, still got mayo.
Please teach order takers better listening skills.

My wife and I both had taco salads. The lettuce was cool, crisp and fresh. Salsa and sour cream were served without being asked. Quick friendly service.

Came to this Wendy's and found myself cleaning up the drink bar bc it was nasty. Also told the girl on register that the trash was overflowing in the bathroom to which she said "I'm not usually on this position" and just stood there. Although it was a little better the guy which the beard and Rock jeans really needs a belt bc those things were sagging. No sense of quickness to get orders out also.

Lobby was absolutely dirty & disgusting. Ate lunch on a Thursday at 11:30AM. No clean tables drink station dirty with pop everywhere and condiment island was just as bad. Won't be back.....if you have an employee shortage then close the lobby bc this was horrible and unacceptable 🤢

For this Wendy's to be located in such a good area, they should have standard styles in stock. Food was decent; standard for a fast food place.

I drive truck and I was super hungry when I got there at 11:40pm, only place open. Lobby was closed which is fine, I walked to drive thru, Lady at window wanted to go home so much, she didn’t even bother to say hello or anything, she said lobby is closed u don’t have a car I can’t give u food and closed window in front of my face and continue doing her business.
This is cruel. Stuff like that and people like that lady, deserves to be unemployed for whole her life.
