I was a little surprised to find out that they didn't have a small cheeseburger. I had to order a bigger one than I wanted. The food was okay but the fries had a strange taste. Not Hardee's usual standard. I'll probably be back because I do enjoy there food, but it's going to be a minute. 😔

Our food was great, hot and fresh. Better than our food was the service. The gentleman at the drive-through had a great smile and was very kind and professional. Nice to be so warmly greeted and by a fellow Texan.

Your store on Grand is not good there customers service is not good. There frys are always way under cooked and there hash browns are the same way. There drinks are either out of Carbonation Or syrup. I live a few blocks from there but if I can I will drive to one of your other stores. I just really think someone should look in to that store and make it better for the customers. It maybe a poor side of town but it should be just as good as anywhere else

Perhaps the best fast food experience I’ve ever had. Took a group of 30 Boy Scouts in at 6 am. Service was fast, professional, and excellent. Food was hot and delicious. Thanks to Trina and Scott - you guys rock!

Spent over 30 dollars and got cold food and they didn't even give me a kids meal. Fries were fine but the meat on the burgers was cold in the middle. The employees were a joke to deal with. Very rude. The kid in the window tried to sell me ranch with my meal and asked for cash! Not going back

Love charbroiled burgers. I'm gonna check to see if they still do. My 1st job in 1980 they did. Nowadays they may use flavoring.

Good food for a fast food service, I do wish that when asked for, the extra bacon on the breakfast biscuit egg and cheese would've been noticeable (not sure what extra bacon is, 2 tiny slices in total?) but overall, the food was good and the people behaved professionally.

Ordered through Doordash. Food was good but they claim I didn't order small coffees with my platters.
Also, orange juice is on lunch menu so every time I tried to add orange juice, it would ask if I wanted to discard order and start over...
My advice: don't waste time trying to order drinks. It seems to be an issue.
