Baskin-robbins

I just stop by the Baskin Robbins on Phoenix in Fort Smith to get my granddaughter something and since I’ve never been here before I ask if they had anything for low-carb and the lady said she didn’t know but they had something with no sugar added I asked to see the ingredients she said she would have to go back into the freezer and carry a big ole 3 gallon tub of ice cream up here. She made it sound like she was going to be put out so I told her never mind I won’t be back. After I got the order for my granddaughter all employees went to the back of the store and we saw them no more

Went here to buy the Ghostbusters afterlife funko pop then decided to get something else since it smelled so good and as soon as I asked the woman behind the counter she slammed down the bags in her hand and rolled her eyes and acted like it was the worst thing when we wasnt being rude or anything and did even make a big deal about not getting a bag all around bad experience felt like I was the wrong one for being a customer.

Clean and well kept with a great atmosphere and friendly staff! They boast a good selection of frozen and chilled treats and many flavors of icecream and sherbet. Seating is limited and wait time can be between 1-10 roughly depending on how busy they are. All in all, I've had a great experience and recieved wonderful service every time I visit this location.
