It's ok. I think one of the new managers is trying to turn the place around. He used to be at Jack's. The burger was cool, not hot like expected. The fries were hot but super salty. 2nd visit, my burger was made wrong and cool. 3rd visit was better. Hot burger this time. I'll go back.

Friday, March 4, 2022. Around 9 am. These two women worked very hard and are doing a great job. They were short staffed but still managed to get the orders out correctly and quickly. I want to mention Heather for having great communication skills and customer service. Thank y’all for the food this morning. We appreciate your effort!

Got my order right and despite the huge line they were extremely polite and hospitable with the service. The older lady kept calling me “baby” which was sweet. I hope the staff wasn’t under too much stress with it being so busy. Overall great service!

Pretty standard BK, service a little slow (like everyone they are a little understaffed). Whopper and fries were as good as any I've had. Need a quick bite- this is for you.
