Chick-fil-a

I hate to leave a bad review because I love chick fil a! But this location is just lacking compared to the others. I ordered breakfast through door dash and this is the chicken filet that they sent me..hardly larger than a sauce packet… the other locations always give a full size like what goes in the sandwiches. There’s been several issues here and this isn't the first time food was this small. Other times they counted the little crunchy nugget crumbs as nuggets. I live between the east ridge and Fort Oglethorpe location and wish door dash would use the east ridge one instead when I place an order.

I was hesitant to even give this location four stars. I’ve been coming here for years, it seems like the last year or so the restaurant has went downhill. And it’s not so much the food quality is the customer service. The employees used to be so pleasant very accommodating and always had smiles on their face. It seems like more and more each time I stop in- I barely get greeted let alone even make eye contact with me. There are A few regulars employees that still maintain the Chick-fil-A quality along with a positive attitude. I love this location. Maybe they just need a little more customer service training.

Usually is a great place but i place an app order through the drive through, I saw them give my food to the car in front of me and the guy searched through the bag realized it wasn’t his and gave it back. Then they gave the same bag and drink to me without changing it. They also didn’t give me my straw. With all the health risks right now this isnt very good policy. Hopefully they will do better

Food is good, but service is really weak. I get you hire young kids, but this is where learning starts. When you cop an attitude with me for forgetting my sandwich on a big order when I'm being respectful and polite, that's an issue. I didn't even think they were gonna acknowledge they did it. They did make it right, just left me with a sour taste. Maybe automation really is the way to go in fastfood as customer service barely exists anymore.
