Finally, we received a decent quesadilla. Usually it is bare on one end and barely anything in the rest of it other than cheese. This one was good! But now here’s the problem; I am trying enjoy eating my food with my son and ALL I CAN HEAR IS THE LADYS BIG MOUTH TAKING ORDERS FOR THE DRIVE THROUGH! She’s VERY VERY LOUD! There should be music playing, like other Taco Bell’s! The new cashier they had was very impersonal and was just strange. I can understand being new but she was very unpleasant!

Actually the best experience at Taco Bell in my entire life. SERIOUSLY! I don't know who the GM is at this location, but they need to train other stores. Wow! Staff was courteous and on task. They were pumping out those orders sooo fast. I was a little salty because I wanted a Mexican pizza, and they were sold out. But I tried something new and actually liked it. I love this restaurant. Kudos to you guys, you rock!

Hands down my favorite Taco Bell. You'll always find strong vegetarian and vegan options here. They even have a corner of the menu for vegetarian! (Vegans are just a search away on the internet for some creative combinations.)
Not to mention the staff is always fun and reliably pleasant. Any issue (and there's been VERY few) they've corrected and owned without hesitation. Love these people and this place!

Took 30 min to get our food and was still missing items of good and had to wait another 10 minute just for an order of fries. Server was chatty about calling in on days he was calling out to go on vacation. Want go back to that taco bell again.

The lobby is always closed and the drive thru is always wrapped around the building. You will sit at the order pad for 10 minutes before someone even answers it and they will always say they are out of everything just so you will leave. When calling the store to ask if they will answer drive thru they catch an attitude and hang up on you real fast! When I drove by to get to the drive thru all the employees were sitting in the lobby on their phones. Seriously if I'm going to spend more than I make an hour on one combo meal then I expect some professional from the management and employees! Just keep driving honestly and go to the one in ringgold!!!

After 2 failed attempts at finding a good Mexican pizza finallyyyyyy got one here! Delish! Just like the old days! Oh and the young boys working the window were so polite and respectful! Very refreshing!

The employees here are very nice. Also, the food is always hot and well made at this location no matter what day or time it is when you go!

Every time I go there and I go through the drive through and get potatos they forget my fork it's not a huge deal but it's a daily occurrence. Also, I clear as day said no lettuce and they repeated back to me no lettuce and I said yes and they gave me lettuce. Just read the screen.
