Burger King

Slow service. One family of 4 in line ahead of me and they waited 15 minutes to order because the cashier was having a conversation with another customer half of the wait time then she wandered around looking lost for the rest before finally taking their order. It took another 5 minutes to get their order input then when I get to the register I confused her by ordering an iced coffee with my combo (I should have known better) she forgot to even make the iced coffee and it took a while to get my food. Keep in mind there are 3 customers in the whole store. I gave the 2nd star because the saving grace was the food was fresh.

I literally just got home from waiting 45 minutes for a Ch'King. It's supposed to have a glaze and pickles, and a spicy sauce. And all it was was bread chicken and MAYO. Can't advertise a sandwich that you can't make. Especially when I clearly gave you ample time to cook it. This burger king needs to be shut down and bought by someone else or just shut down, period. Never going back.

Went through there around 3:40, to order me some onion rings. One young girl with colored hair was doing everything by herself headset, and bagging. While 2 gentlemen, and a older lady was standing around talking. There was at least 2 cars behind me. The young lady was excellent. On the other hand, these other people are getting paid to work and they need to do their job.

i wish i had of taken pics, the inside of the store was so nasty. There were 2 people, not employees, sleeping in 2 separate booths. The whole lobby was dirty. Floors, seats, table tops etc. We waited for 30 mins for our food, along with other customers who waited as long. There were also customers coming through the drive thru that had wrong orders as we were standing there and we ended up with the wrong food as well. The chicken was so nasty that my kids threw all of it away. I did as well. i’m not really sure what it was but they tasted extremely old and like a bottle of salt has spilled onto them. The little guy working the cash register was extremely kind and cheerful but other kitchen workers and manager looked as if they were under the influence of something and were not doing anything except standing around and running back and forth to the back office. Food was literally setting under the warmers waiting to be bagged and no one was working. One employee was standing there looking off into space talking to himself it appeared. It was just a bad experience all the way around. They need some serious help with cleaning, making orders correctly, and simply working.

Wait time at speaker for drive thru exceeded 5 minutes. Food was cold and order was wrong. To beat it all cashier at window was covered in tattoos including the upside down cross on the side of her face. So if you don't worship Satan you may not want to eat here. Was not even given a receipt to where I could return the food or do the online survey to complain.

The staff lacks the ability to accept food orders and payment, therefore; a customer should consider if your food is safe to eat. I came inside to place an order. The cashier informs me the restaurant is unable to accept gift cards, and has not for three months. She stated however, the customer can order through the BK app and use a gift card. I paid for my meal using a credit card, and downloaded the BK app while eating. I ordered a milkshake, proceeded to the cashier with my order number. The cashier informs me they cannot accept the provided BK six number code only the unprovided four number code from the BK app. BK lacks the intelligence to provide properly functioning restaurant equipment and lacks the ability to provide a useful app, how can a customer consider the food to be safe to eat?

In fairness I went on the Sunday before the 4th of July; and I have no clue about staffing/call outs of the day etc. I had a burger meal,two 20 piece nuggets and a large fry. Didn't recieve 1 of the fry's and one of the nuggets (that one on me for not checking before I left the parking lot) and my Dr.Pepper was 100% carbonation & ended up in the trash :/
