Clean Juice

I've always had tasty and healthy smoothies/toast here. Today's visit was disappointing because the avo toast was missing ingredients (olive oil/lemon) that they usually put on. And I tried the "healthy heart" smoothie for the first time and it was so bland, it tasted like a almond milk slushy. I'm not sure if it's like that, or if it was missing ingredients too. I did "pick up" so I didn't realize this until later. For $18 to get flavorless mush toast n smoothie I am not sure if I will return :(

Very impressed overall! The lady working told me about downloading the app, helped me select a protein smoothie, was very patient while I downloaded app and made a decision and also told me about how I could order ahead (like while working out next door) and it would be ready when I was done! They live up to their name in environment too. It smelled nice upon entering, I love the minimalist clean decor (I actually stayed to drink it- not common for me). I noticed the cool lighting (don’t usually even notice). The smoothie was delicious! Yes they are on the higher side - but sometimes you get what you pay for. I’m looking forward to trying some new things like their bowls, toasts and juices too. Can I give a 6th star since they give back to the community? A portion of their juice cleanses supporting The Children’s Attention Home this month!

The Coffee One was already made when I came in, but I saw the Longevity One being poured. There was a SIGNIFICANT amount of smoothie still in the blender, so I asked the rest of MY smoothie. I was told I could not have it because that was the rule. I said that makes no sense since it was just going to get wasted and I saw them pour it down the drain. I said I'm not getting all the fruit that was supposed to get if they are using the correct portions and that they are using too much ice to yield that much extra. So for a $12+ drink, I'm getting mostly ice. That's ridiculous. Again, when I saw my Wild One get made, the lady poured it in the kid's cup and tried to put the cover on it, but the cup is so flimsy that it was get smushed in and smoothie was coming out the side and on top of the lid. I asked to just have it poured into another cup and she said no. Then I said that I didn't want to now give that cup to my son and get him all messy. She then got a new cup and filled it with the rest of the smoothie that was still in the blender. So again, I didn't get half of the fruit I was supposed to get. Also, there were huge/whole chunks of frozen banana that my son could have choked on. I sent this review privately to Clean Juice and received an automatic reply that the manager would reach out to me. That was over a week ago and I have heard nothing, so fixing customer issues is not a priority.
