Subway

Staff decided to close 2 hours early tonight because “they didn’t want to work, so I need to get over it.” Rude staff, was just sitting in the back watching her phone. Sadly it’s a corporate location that’s mismanaged. I suggest going to new Jimmy Johns across the street. Food and service has been fantastic!

Me and my fiancee went in to this subway today and got the most horrible service the lady made eye contact with us three times and completely ignore us then we ask do we ring the bell cause she is literally standing there like we weren't even there so she say no with a attitude while rolling her eyes I'm right here and we are like ok we didn't get a greeting or nothing we did not spend money there horrible customer service

I will NEVER go to another Subway if this is how they allow their customers to be treated. My daughter ordered and paid for 2 foot long spicy Italian sandwiches from the subway located at 249 Detective Mike Doty Memorial Hwy, Fort Mill, SC . When I went to pick them up I was told their system was down, order didn't come through and that money was returned to our card. Uh no, upon speaking with my daughter she informed me that funds were taken from her account as she paid through PayPal. She then sent me the Subway receipt which indicated that our order was ready for pick up. Upon returning to store to show employees the receipt they still insisted that they had "declined" the order and therefore I would have to take it up with PayPal. The older lady was very apologetic and was going to make subs. The younger girl was nothing but an attitudie Judy who got on phone with manager who said the same thing. I would have to take it up with PayPal. What I don't understand is if system was down how did they know there was an online order (which they said they declined),?? All I know is the money was taken and I have no dinner. I would appreciate if someone could contact me to discuss issue further.
