I don’t use to buy here, but today I did it because Is my birthday’s husband and I want a different breakfast, but the cappuccinos that I ordered were served only to the half of the cup! I claimed for it, and although they served others, the reaction about it was bad of the lady that attended me, she was angry. I just wanted full my coffee, not the half and foam covering 3/4 of the cup. Foam is a visual deception, they serve you a half the coffee that they offered. Love Starbucks obviously. Love the workers here, lots of great experiences but I have a request, last few iced drinks I've got were a whole lot of ice & very little drink. Just wanted to request less ice in those. No big deal! Just expensive cups of ice haha! Merry Christmas!

The gentleman from this morning was very rude, acted like I was a bother from the second I walked in. You could tell by his body language and tone of voice. Not really a greeting, but what do you want. I ordered and then tried to pay with the scan and pay. He says, "what is that?" and I told him scan and pay and he goes we don't do that. Regardless of whether or not you have the scan and pay you should at least know what it is... its in the starbucks app. I ordered a venti ice water with my coffee and he gave me a tall, then I ordered pumpkin bread and he basically just throws it on the counter at me, still in the plastic wrap. If you hate your job, please go work somewhere else...

I've literally ordered Starbucks every single morning of my workweek for the past couple years with no issues at 2 different locations. After starting working from home a few weeks ago, my routine changed and the location closest to my home is now my nearest Starbucks which is unfortunate bc so far there's been an issue with almost every order I placed. From the baristas normally acting annoyed at the fact they have a customer, to them trying to adjust, correct and/or change my order (not just make suggestions, literally trying to tell me I may be meaning to order another item) when I know exactly what I'm wanting...besides this my order has been wrong a few times including today so I guess I'll need to return to the prior location I frequented near my job even though this one is closest to my home since this location appears to not be able to get things right.

I love this Starbucks location, especially the morning crew!!! The afternoon crew has some big shoes to fill as far as energy, welcoming personalities and perfecting my orders. 🙂 Whoever hires for this location is amazing!!

No banana nut loaf, no pumpkin loaf, couldn't scan a Starbucks card, won't take any kind of tap and pay. Pretty poor.

The two ladies that work here are very disrespectful. Instead of listening to what I wanted to ordered they had a attitude and gave me the wrong drink.While talking about me to another customer. I will never come back to this Starbucks again.

This is the worst Starbucks ever. They need to hire employees that actually want to be there because they two ladies that are there in the morning are rude and when customers order they roll their eyes. Staff at this location is the worst I've ever experienced.
