I love this place. I got the Verde chicken sandwich on ciabatta which comes with pepper jack cheese. I chose fresh fruit for my side which was a wonderful balance to the slightly spicy sandwich. And of course they have wonderful ice tea.

ordered a turkey and Swiss sandwich ask for pickle and mayo got sandwich and it was cooked i wanted it cold took it back they gave me a cold one without toasting the bread no pickle and no mayo at that point I just left. overrated and overpriced

Abysmal service tonight. Walked in and placed my order like a normal McAlisters visit, sat and waited, like normal. But had to wait 30 mins only to find out my order had been just sitting on the expedite line as other orders came in, and left while mine sat. Only one employee, Anna, the young lady who took my order offered an apology. Not a single person there even cared that they had messed up. Cold soup, cold sandwich. I expect better out of this location, which normally is top notch. This will hopefully be seen by the franchisee, and the general manager, which I hope will address this issue tonight.

If you wish to work here, in the front, understand you will have managers that are childish. Also coworkers that have good intentions but a lazy attitude. My biggest issue is their current manager. Nonstop treating her employees like her children and talking down to them while always having an excuse for her own imperfections. DONT WORK HERE! (Most of the food is meh anyways)
