Mcdonald's

Yesterday it was 1:02 am I was 2 minutes to late so the female with the glasses without a name tag says she couldn't serve me. Today i was standing waiting to place my order, after waiting over 15 minutes the female with big red braids overlooked me and began taking a mans order, embarrassing myself I interrupt the order and to the lady I've been waiting for a long time to place my order. The lady then took my order I placed including a large drink light ICE, I waited for my food the female with the braids gave me a smirk as I tried out my drink it was loaded with ice , I then ask the female with the glasses I ask if I could have another drink with light ICE and she said do I want more soda, I said no I just want my drink the way I placed the order , tells the female with the big red braids to make over the drink with light ICE, then turns around with a very nasty patronising attitude and say did she do your drink better this time, I said I don't know I don't have my drink yet, she walks away and says oh oh oh oh baby as if she's the one bothered, so I reply oh baby really I waited over 15 minutes at the register, was overlooked, I spoke clear English but u want to be nasty to me , amazing, she with the really thick glasses replies gave a bless day in a sarcastic way, I m blessed already. This McDonald's is ratchet, as hell, manager or whoever she was with the glasses was dealing with the trash didn't even wash her hands to handle food, disgusting, no compassion for people at all, if you don't believe me play your video footage over , it speaks for itself. Your night crew are nasty and lazy and are disrespectful I'd order delivery instead of dealing with nastiness filth.

The experience here is awful! They are very SLOW! Never been to a McDonald's as slow as this one and I've frequented locations all of the world. Every day the line is out the door NOT because they are super busy but because each employee only takes one order and fulfills that order before taking the next guests order. Obviously, they are scored corporately on their time because as soon as they take a order they run to push a button on the screen to clear the order. Customer service sucks and I watched an employee "manager" curse out a customer because she interrupted his social hour laughing with his friends instead of taking orders. He even threatened this hospital employee with physical violence. With McDonald's being inside an extremely busy hospital serving employees and patients you would think they would be more accommodating and pleasant especially with only 30 mins breaks using half of our much deserved breaks standing in line!!

Horrible service. Usually always super slow. It's like zombies working. Tonight I waited over 20 minutes for 3 burgers... I could've gone to a restaurant sat down ordered food and have gotten it faster. I ended up canceling and just asking for a refund. They got the order wrong had to wait again. No thanks.

The service was extremely poor, and when customer service was address with the Night shift Manager he loss control in front of all the customers. This Supervisor started yelling "all my staff called out, if you don't like it leave" Leaving the room full of customers appalled!!! Please note I will never purchase anything again from this McDonald's located within Broward General Health.
