Reading other comments I know I was lucky. It was quiet in between flights and the food was decent for the airport food. The staff was friendly and even apologized to me that there's no combo so I need to order everything separately. I don't bother to write bad reviews but good service needs to be mentioned.

Great price for an airport. They're pretty fast too. Major bonus points for not forcing their customers to use a kiosk.

This place is in terminal 3, not terminal 2. Terminal 2 has Shake Shack. Reviewers are mixing both of them together because of wrong location on Google maps. It is located between Pei Wei and Einstein Bros. Bagels. Reviewers are posting pictures of food from Shake Shack but posting under steak 'n Shake.

Standard burger and shake fast food . I have to say the shake was pretty good, but nothing special. Be warned that shakes can take 30 mins+ so if you are in a hurry skip the shake.

Great price and great food!! Burger and fried costed only 5 dollars together + the shake $4-5. Cheap for airport food and its good!

Honestly one of the most mediocre burgers I’ve ever had, even for Steak ‘n Shake. But for $6, and if you grab a packet of ketchup, there’s nowhere else I’d go in this cursed airport.

This is the place to eat in this airport, you get a double cheeseburger and fries for a bit more than $5. Maybe I was really hungry that day but I thought both were excellent for airport food. We got shakes but I would avoid if in a hurry because they ran out right after we got ours. Order at the kiosk to skip the line.
