I’ve been going to this checkers for a while now and the service from my experience was good! I came around 2am on sept. 29 and I ordered a slightly big order for me and my friends! The bot at the speaker didn’t allow me to add on more because my friends added stuff at the last minute, but a woman came on the speaker and heard us trying to add on so she kindly did. We got through the line quick , and when I say everything was freshhh and hot when we got to the window ! I don’t know what manager worked lastnight , but they need to keep her ! She is so nice and professional! Other nights I came here the line always take 20 mins but tonight whew its like everyone there was working hard ! Also the man at the window, greeted us in a polite manner ! Thank you
I don't think I've ever used this location but the food was excellent. Service was acceptable, though not stellar. It's kind of mind blowing that a burger meal is more than $13. It says $10.39 on the menu but Checkers always overcharges their advertised prices.

To rate a fast food Franchise like Checkers one must compare it to the standard of the chain. The Checkers off Broward Blvd in Ft. Lauderdale hit all the marks with friendly and fast service. I had my typical bacon cheeseburger with the seasoned fries and a large Diet Coke. The meat is typically salty if you like this type of burger and the fries have a rough crispy texture. The fries if done right will pop in your mouth. They have a double drive thru and no inside seating area. It is great drive and go choice when time is short. They do have a walk up window and it is great for the locals. I personally do not recommend it unless you are a local to the neighborhood. Great value and good eats, give it a try.
Decent food, price is a bit too much. 2 meals, one large and the other with a shake is $26+.
The staff are pretty amazing considering the job and the block. You can see right in the order window for walk up and the floor is CLEAN! Way to stand out 27th & Broward Checkers!
After a not so good experience at a different Checkers I haven't been to any since. I decided to try this one after a suggestion.. glad I did.. the good tasted much better the service was good as well. I've been back twice in one week both times I was satisfied with the food and service.. the fountain drinks are not good but that's ok the milkshakes are.. so when I'm in the mood for checkers this is my location

Food was super fresh! This is a very busy Checkers. Be prepared to wait on line, but my fosh sandwich was actually crispy on the outside & tender on the inside. Their fries are very tasty, & our 2 person order was all correct. They were out of a number of soda flavors, though. Good service. Will stop here again!
