Small and casual place. Consistently high quality food. Fish 🐠 is always fresh. Portions have seem to become smaller since I started coming here 10 years ago. We miss Mark 😅.
I was pleasantly surprised by the people working there who created a completely fun atmosphere. They recommended all great choices and I will 100 percent be returning here weekly. Highly recommend the: uni shooter, seared hamachi jalapeño, salmon belly mf’er and the voodoo. Thank you Mark, Mike, Cheeks and May! See you soon!
This sushi bar is amazing. The fish cuts are thick and super fresh. One of our favorite meals of this trip. The chef and manager were awesome as well!
Mark and Janey took great care of us. Prepared some special rolls for us and talked us through the whole process while sitting at the sushi bar. Great safety measures with plexiglass between us and both wore masks. Place didn’t look like much on the outside in a strip mall but ended up being a great hole in the wall type place with personable service. Great $ value for quality of food and service.
Definitely great place to eat sushi. Cozy small place and the best seats are at the sushi bar! Went there twice. All the food I have ordered so far are all good, fresh good quality sashimi and really tasty. I really love the KC tuna personally. And their rice rolls are all good as well.
Small sushi joint; but Major attention to detail. Nothing fishy about this sushi, delicious! Thoughtful and beautifully presented. Top 3 in my book.
I LOVE THIS PLACE!! Their rolls are ridiculously delicious, super fresh ingredients and they have quite a few specialty rolls.
Last time I had the Sobe roll (Tuna, Avocado, Masago, Scallion, Spicy Mayo I/O topped with Seared Tuna and Special Garlic Truffle Oil Sauce - I freaking love truffles!) and it was amazing!
This time I had the “Shut Up Liz” roll and I cannot shut up about how it’s my new favorite roll! I don’t know if it was the crunch from the Fried onions on top or the perfectly portioned cilantro in the roll, but whatever it was I am obsessed!
While, there are other Sushi Song locations, I genuinely prefer this one. It’s almost literally a hole in the wall so service is super intimate and efficient. This staff is always really nice and have had the best recommendations for different rolls to try so far!

Got the Voodoo and Sobe roll, both were excellent. The best sushi I’ve had in Fort Lauderdale. Staff was so friendly and attentive, can’t wait to go back!
Phenomenal service and food and energy every time.. Hanna is an absolute treat this world and we are lucky to have her. The sushi is always vibrant delicious and love trying all the newest combinations that get recommended because they’re fire.. thanks for an amazing time.. you all are awesome.
