This is a great place to go for wine and tapas. We went when the Swerttarts were playing 60s music. They were excellent. The music was at a level where you could still have a conversation and not feel like you needed earplugs! They have comfy seating and a bar. The staff is super friendly. There is free parking behind the theater. Make sure to checkin on yelp and save $1/glass!!!!

The food is very good and the service friendly. All the salads on the menu were spot on. Ravioli mushroom great, cheese and meat board was just ok.
The owners and everyone is generous, wine great if you get someone that knows what they’re talking about , it grows on you

I came here with some people from work.
Are first, I sit at the bar, but then moved to some very comfortable high boys, there are some normal sittings as well.
Nice beer and wine selection. Also I loved the cheese tray.
The owner attended us and it was great.
They have also done live music on Saturdays where the place gets crowded.
Cozy place, but maybe too much neon lights?
I recently hosted my Baby Shower here and could not have had a better experience. Rebecca was friendly, accommodating, and provided excellent service. My guests all had a great time and the party ran very smoothly. She opened the lounge early for me and my guests so we had the entire place to ourselves. The pricing was very fair as well. I highly recommend considering this venue if you have an event coming up!
Great wine bar that is perfect for light conversations and a bit of of a nibble. The owners and staff are very accommodating and helpful with your selections and suggestions. They sometimes have live music and all of the bands that we have seen have been stellar. Very close to many destinations and should not be missed.
My surprise 30th birthday was thrown at Mod Wine Lounge, and it was fantastic! The live music was great, the food was tasty, and the staff and owner were so kind and accommodating! We had a small baby with us and asked if the music could be turned down a bit, as it was very loud, and they were so nice and responsive! The owner also asked what I was drinking and gave me a nicer bottle (bubbly Rosè) to take home with me for my birthday. It really was such a great experience, and we will most definitely be returning customers!
I recently held an event here at Mod Wine Lounge. Some friends recommended the place to me, and I was not disappointed. The kitchen served hors d'oeuvres throughout the night for everyone, and there was a huge variety to choose from, so everyone enjoyed the snacks. The wines were great, and everyone seemed to love them. A little expensive, but still good. I would definitely recommend checking this place out if you've got a few extra minutes, or if you're a little early to your movie at the gateway theater.
