This place has it ALL!—hot, sweet lobster with drawn butter; crunchy, fresh, young garden greens (with tomatoes, and carrots, and a cornucopia of croutons and cheese and onions)—with your choice of dressing, on the side.
Rolls piping hot from the oven; butter practically fresh-churned and right off the farm! Presentation was flawless, responsive, polite…I LOVED hearing the chefs arguing in the kitchen in French! I was lucky enough to be served by Angel—pictured here, and very well named! This place is just around the corner…on Federal near Sunrise…and RIGHT UP MY ALLEY!

We flew in from New York and wanted a good steak and a little Surf! Danii the Manager made sure that it was an unforgettable experience, the waitress and the chef made us feel welcomed! The food was great for the price & I don't mind paying for good food and service! Well done J.Mark you have a wonderful restaurant and great staff to be proud of!
First time here, and it is actually very nice. The food is above average and the price is very reasonable. But the service is great, at least my waiter Raul. We had blackened chicken pasta and skirt steak. We enjoyed both meals. Will come back.
Frequently eat here. Steaks are fantastic, cooked to perfection and to the temperature ordered. Some of the other menu entrees, though good, are not nearly as good as the steaks.
During this visit, our server was slow. She seemed to be hanging out in the kitchen as we rarely saw her on the floor. 15 minutes after finishing our salads, she told us our entrees was being plated and would be out in "less than a minute." Another 15 minutes passed before they were served. Then after she cleared the dishes and was told we wouldn't be ordering anything else, she finally came with the check.
Though the service wasn't up to par, the food was amazing and will continue to eat here.
The Food was great, the waiter Mark gave Exceptional Service!!! Atmosphere was nice, they have indoor and outdoor seating, we did outside Seating. The Avocado Egg rolls was Amazingly delicious with the dipping sauce. The waiter was definitely attentive and that made us enjoy the experience more!
Great food, chill atmosphere, our server was clearly new so we gave her benefit of the doubt. Since when is extra bread a charge? Found that a little off-putting. Would have been five stars if not for that.
Went here with my family to try a new restaurant. J Mark's was indeed a good choice. Pretty much everything that came to the table was delicious. The best was my Hawaiian steak, very good! The drinks were also delicious for everyone. I'll be returning in the near future.

Picked this restaurant out of a list on Google. This was a wonderful and pleasant experience. If you are in the Ft. Lauderdale area it is a must. Reservations are accepted if it's the weekend you might consider a reservation. The menu offers American, Italian, and Asian cuisine. We got something from each cuisine and we're greatly pleased with preparation, presentation and especially the taste! I have included some photos. The portions were plentiful and the service good. Avacodo Roll, Warm Rolls with Honey Butter, Mussels and Pasta, Shrimp Linguine, Hickory Burger, and Auhai Lettuce Wrap.
So let's just start by handling the elephant in the room with regards to the price. Yes, the price for the meal is a bit high, so this will be treat restaurant for me. Like, I'll go again, but probably in about 5-6 months. Ok, let's get to the good stuff. The food was phenomenal! Amazing, I can't say anything bad or degrading about the food, it was excellent! Everything tasted cooked & cooked well! The chicken tasted like it really was seasoned and marinated for like 2 days. It was just so tasty & juicy. I really enjoyed my meal, everything there was great. Also the service was excellent! He was very attentive and new went to get replacements on our drinks & checked on us frequently, he was absolutely amazing! Great food & great service, I guess that's the price you pay. I'll be back but in a good while.
