Best bruschetta I have ever eaten, pastas are awesome.... place is small and not elegant.... not great wine I tryied the maybe best they had a Coppola wine that was ok.... food was awesome
Noodles Panini is outstanding. We went here for brunch on Sunday 12/13. We were seated promptly. There were 4 in our party. We had a groupon that gave us each an entree & unlimited mimosas. The mimosas were outstanding. Nice & strong. We had our full of the unlimited part. The food was outstanding. 3 of us had a meat lovers frittata with prosciutto, pancetta & sausage. The 4th in our party had the breakfast panini. Our waiter was fantastic. Always at our table side for a mimosa refill. We all got pretty darn hammered.
Everyone should try this place. It's fantastic.
Very good meal, the drinks were very nice too. They had good specials going on and I had the Alfredo which is not on the menu but a nice surprise.
Next door something over at El Camino that threw off the night a bit, there was a loud pop sound and everyone started running. It was a stampede.
The staff at Noodles Panini helped us all get inside and to safety, holding the door for us and locking it. Police arrived quick on scene.
Thank you for the hospitality and safety. We will definitely return.
The food was nice, however in the upper spectrum of price. $30+ entrees bring this restaurant in comparison with higher level ones. The service was a little slow however not bad, while the plates were cold (lucking the food on them was hot) and the atmosphere was nice as it's a small cosy venue. All in all good but value had room for improvement.
Despite telling our waiter we were locals, we were giving the ‘ole tourist hustle - we were offered the most expensive items on the menu as recommendations.
We ordered what we wanted… but I received AND was charged for the Panini the waiter suggested… not the one I ordered. No apologies or correction to bill.
Having said that, the food was delicious! Shame they function in unapologetic upsell mode - the food is so good, the hustle is a turn off. Undecided if we will ever return - Ft. Lauderdale has so many great choices.
The meatballs at this restaurant are amazing. What are these reviews going on about saying there’s no meat? The tough/meaty meatballs offered at some other restaurants are gross. I am sorry for the people who think otherwise, but that is probably why they don’t like the meatballs here - they like the gross kind. Anyway, Noodles Panini meatballs are fairly large, tender, and almost melt in your mouth. The accompanying sauce is perfect. If nothing else, come here for the meatballs!
Noodles Panini is a combination of a local bar and an authentic Italian restaurant. It’s apparent that this establishment is a local favorite.
We went for dinner before a show and ordered an appetizer, entrees and dessert. We devoured the fresh bruschetta and aunt Marion’s meatballs as an appetizer. The bruschetta was perfection and the meatballs were delicious. My friends ordered the evening’s special, lasagna and the grilled chicken panini. The lasagna looked perfectly cheesy and I almost regretted not ordering it. I ordered the bombolotti alla nicholas and it was flavorful. It wasn’t as spicy as I hoped it would and was a little soupy. Or then that, it was well seasoned and the pasta was al dente. For dessert, we ordered the carrot cake which was moist and baked to perfection too.
Incredible pasta. I’ve never been to an Italian restaurant that didn’t automatically give you bread, cheese and oil so I was going into it with a negative mindset, but this is absolutely the best pasta I’ve had to date. I strongly recommend this restaurant.
Food and service are always impeccable. One of our favorite places for a casual dining.
Today I discovered their bean soup, which was super delicious - well balanced and tasted. Grilled salmon with asparagus and mashed potatoes is always in our order. So try it yourself, you will not be disappointed.
Great place for Pasta. And all things authentic Italiano. The location is Las Olas Blvd, so people watching galore but that comes second to the fantastic dishes.

I had dinner with my husband the other day and we truly enjoyed ourselves. The ambiance was nice and the food was very good. Definitely a pasta spot to visit if you are in town. Oh and don't forget to order the canoli. Perfect way to end a day.
OH MY GOD I HAVE NEVER HAD BETTER PASTA. You can tell this restaurant values tradition and quality ingredients. I had the penne vodka and it was amazing. Friends got the pesto and clam sauce which was great as well. Wonderful atmosphere and quiet unlike a lot of restaurants on Las Olas. Definitely come here if you want quality delicious food.
