Not open on the inside, service was lack luster. The place was clean that we could see. Did not get order right and drove 25 minutes. Should have checked order before I left.

This is by far the worst chick fil a I’ve ever visited. They are slow, consistently getting orders wrong and the staff walk around like zombies with no sense of urgency. I observed the pickup area for the mobile orders and the delivery people were complaining about the time, accuracy and freshness of customer’s orders. This location really needs help from corporate. This is not just from one visit. This location gives the company a bad image.

This is the worst chick-fil-A drive-through I have ever been to. Needs to be better oversight from the manager in charge. Needs better management from the person taking the order, in the kitchen, and food delivery to the car. I was in the drive-through line at 10:15 AM on a Saturday for 32 min. Service for eating inside is soooooooo slow. Hard to get someone to wait on you. You tell them eating in and they place the food in the to go area, it used to be a well run restaurant but don’t be in a hurry if you eat there.

Food is always good. They have the best drive thru system in all of fast food currently and even a long wait doesn't seem so long when your order is taken in seconds of your arrival and is ready when you get to the window. 60 cars in 6 minutes. Anywhere else you could have 4 cars in the drive thru and it could take 30 minutes to give your order another 20 minutes to get to the window to pay and some places will still ask you to pull down or park so that they can bring the order to the car. Chick-fil-A has the best system going and it is being done properly at every location from MLK WESTEND, NORTHSIDE DR, FORREST PARK, CONYERS, COVINGTON, DULUTH, AND LAWRENCEVILLE.

Poor customer service. This locat6gives Chik-fil-a a bad name. Seriously, I have never been a chik fil a and not feel welcomed. Drive thru and dine in sucks. They are slow. The drive thru and dine in is ridiculous slow. The food sucks and never hot. Just terrible. Needs new employees and customer service training.

Shared lunch with the ladies and it was great. The waitress took our orders, then brought them to us. Clean restaurant and friendly staff along with delicious hot food.
