7-eleven

I come here almost every day, and use my 7-11 app. Unfortunately there are people that work here that don’t know which way is up on how to use the app. One being the elderly gentleman who got sour about it and the woman that usually works afternoons has a very nasty attitude and always a foul look on her face. Try smiling it so much better than looking like you are smelling something bad! The 2 better employees are the husband and a lady who usually works early am on Saturday and Sunday! Those are who you need on the front lines! The store is always clean and always has what I want, that’s the reason I go! But you really need to fix the attitudes you have there before they ruin business! It’s sad when you complain to a friend or a coworker and they know EXACTLY who you are speaking of! Get it together and wipe those sour pusses off your face! And stop being so angry for having to wait on people and provide customer service! IT’S YOUR JOB!!! Today I was forced to call corporate and report this place! The service here is beyond reproach and the ignorance level is through the roof. They would rather rip people off than do their jobs properly. My heart goes out to the owner. He is the only one there who provides customer service and know the business. Honey do yourself a favor and hire outside of your family. they are rude, and do not know how to do their jobs and will ruin your business!
