2 words... NEVER AGAIN! I pulled up at 9:15pm and when I placed an order for a4 piece chicken dinner the dude said "we ain't doin' no more chicken, it's almost 9:30"... And they served me a burnt seafood platter. And don't take my photos down either. People need to know what y'all serving. I know that's more than two words but I'LL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!

The wait time was good. The associate was very pleasant the food was a good temperature but was just ok.
The chocolate soft-serve used to be one of my favorites but this time it was awful I had to throw it away.
I hadn't stopped by Zesto in a long while, my how the taste of the food has changed.

I've loved Zesto for many years, but most recently I've noticed the entire crew has turned over and the food is not the same. I can only blame so much on Covid-19 as far as certain menu items constantly being unavailable, however this is no excuse for the half- clown service I've been receiving the last four times I've been here. I haven't been back since fall 2021 because I'm currently disappointed.

Being new to Georgia, it's nice to see there are still some places with excellent customer service. Most places have lowered my expectations but I was very impressed with the attentiveness and professionalism of the staff. I shouldn't have to mention how good the food was, -but 5 stars all around.

Terrible experience…. $4 for a soggy dog I asked for she told me she couldn’t give me a cup. I asked for a cup of ice water and said yea for .30 cents. Not recognizing I did just spend over 30.00 for two meals.

Ordered 12 piece hot wings. She asked if I wanted the combo. I looked at th price it stated $12.99. That wasn't the combo price. She added fries and drink I paid $21. The food wasn't worth it. The wings were hard and barely tossed in the wing sauce. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED. I WON'T EAT HERE AGAIN.

Where do I start. Customer service was non existent. The food was not fresh, tasted microwaved. However the ice cream was tasty. I personally won’t return due to the lack of customer service. They became irritable after minor request ( napkin, water, you made my order wrong do you mind remaking). Hope they see this and take this bit of advice to grow their business❤️.

I don’t really understand why I had never eaten here before. This place is my new home. The inside is closed but as long as those Fat Boy burgers keep coming out the window I don’t care. Oh and the ice cream is super good too. When I added extra Oreos, I actually got EXTRA Oreos. Thank you Zesto! Save me a Fat boy and a Chubby Decker for next time.
